The weather was quite cold these past few days, but the hotel's temperature control was excellent. It was consistently warm from the lobby all the way to my room. It would have been perfect if the air quality in the room was a bit better upon entry. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

My girlfriend and I came from Guangzhou to Shenzhen for a two-day trip and stayed at the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian. It really lives up to its reputation as a well-established five-star hotel in Shenzhen. The concierge service at the entrance was excellent right from the start, proactively helping with our luggage and assisting with check-in. The front desk lady was also very thoughtful and upgraded us to an Executive King Room. The view from the 22nd floor was fantastic, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Plus, Bitcity Dimension Town is right downstairs, which was great for exploring. My girlfriend said she was extremely, extremely satisfied! 😌😌😌
