My room was clean and adequately furnished, providing a comfortable space for relaxation after a day of exploring the city. The amenities provided were basic but functional, and I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected during my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the breakfast buffet. While not extravagant, it offered a decent variety of dishes, catering to different tastes. The dining area had a pleasant ambiance, making it an excellent place to start the day. However, I must mention a few minor issues during my stay. The housekeeping service could have been more consistent, as there were a couple of instances when my room was not fully restocked with toiletries. Additionally, the hotel's facilities, though adequate, were slightly dated and could benefit from some renovation. In conclusion, my stay at H'life Hotel in the OCT district was pleasant and met my basic needs. While there is room for improvement in certain aspects, I still enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again if I visit Shenzhen.

Good location near OCT Loft. Breakfast simple and enough, amenities complete, cleaning lady was so kind. Check in process was quick. Overall everything was good. Until check out time, the front lady was a little annoying by forcing me to write a review about the hotel right then I was checking out so that I could get a breakfast refund for my child. I didn't expect any refund or reward and I'd be happy to write good review if the hotel deserve that. Even though she has apologized, I feel the need to convey this for improvement.

You can tell that the hotel is in a classy area of Shenzhen, the area is very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a few meters from Nonglin subway station. Very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is small, but the room is spacious and modern. The whole environment is very clean and pleasant. My room has an overhead projector TV, thus the screen is very large. There's a wide choice of free movies to choose from. The remote control needs some getting used to though. The buffet breakfast is generous with lots of choice. I will surely stay there again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Great hostel in super nice location with lots of nice eateries, supermarket, an art galleries and cafes around. Staff speaks good English. I booked a queen bed room, which was clean and walls are relatively sound proof as well. The style of the room is overall very basic though, here I think you get better for the price. If you don’t mind this, I definitely recommend :)
