Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

Large and comfortable room, great gymnasium, indoor swimming pool. Sauna area is relaxing. Most staffs are polite. Breakfast buffet seating very comfortable, though some of the food is not so delicious. Check in time at 2pm. Told the room is under cleaning, ask me to check in at 3pm. When back at 3pm, the room is not ready. Need to wait at lobby for another 15 mins.

My favourite hotel in Shenzhen. You cannot fault the accommodation or service. We are always treated like royalty and you feel very special. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge choice. My only criticism of this stay would be that the executive lounge food options did not seem as good as before. Maybe we got unlucky.

I had an incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen for my business trip. The executive suites exceeded my expectations, and I was amazed by the exceptional hospitality provided by Jeffrey, the manager, and his team. We had three rooms booked for our group, and we're eagerly anticipating our next visit. It's challenging to find a hotel that fulfills all of our expectations, but the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen certainly did.

The location is very nice, right next to KK mall. Checking in room on 96/F, overseeing the amazing view of Shenzhen CBD. First we was arrange to room 1801, but we are staying to celebrate valentine day, we would like to have the bath top next to window. The butler, Alice arranged to us to stay at the room and informed price detail for upgrading. The process was smooth, we switched to different room within 10 mins, meanwhile we took some stunning pictures with those turndown amenities. After dinner at KK mall, we experienced the gym and swimming pool on 75/F, everything is so 5 stars, water and towel can be access easily. Morning buffet on 95/F offered many different options , western pastry to Chinese noodle bar and so on. We had some delicious eggs. The overall experience was great, even the hotel generously offered us a late check out at 4pm. I love the kindness of those staff and St.Regis brand name.

I decided to stay here temporarily to relax. The hotel has a nice view. It faces the golf course and has complete facilities. The water in the heated swimming pool on the first floor is very clean. We also went to experience the driving range. Although we were not good at playing, we were guided by coaches. The lady who checked me in, Hu Fan, was very kind and provided warm and thoughtful service. She also helped me book dinner. The overall service was good👍. This trip was unforgettable for me and I will come again next time.

Very well locates just in front of Windows of the World and in the vicinity of Happy Valley, the hotel deserves its good reputation. Nice amenities, very good pool, nice staff, delicious breakfast. We booked for one night only, after some not good experiences in other hotels during our trip, but we just decided to extend the stay for a third night in a row. Do we need to add more? ;)

The booking said check in time was 2:00 pm I arrived around 3:00 but my room was not ready to check in until 5:00 pm I don’t think i’ve ever experienced this in my life… Anyways, they offered me to use the gym facilities while we wait which was nice the manager Franco was very kind and attentive as it is easy to get lost if it’s your first time. The room is spacious and clean even during holidays there is a lot construction going on so be aware of that since the area is quite new. The amenities you have to call reception, had to ask for toothbrushes the conditioner in the shower was pretty much empty. Speaking of construction the outdoor pool is not finished yet, the indoor pool loung chairs are very limited but very comfy. Breakfast service was nice but is quite narrow the space between food and tables so many children are running around the buffet. Overall 3.5/5

The boss is very enthusiastic, and the luggage is taken from the first floor to the fifth floor. I also take fruit, ice water, pour tea, and I am absolutely satisfied in all aspects. Next time I come, I will stay at his house. The boss originally said that he gave us tickets for the observatory, but the holiday was not enough. I can regret it and go back next time.

You can find everything you want, very convenient! The front desk service attitude is warm and patient! The hotel's various services are satisfactory, and the rooms are comfortable and hygienic! It is a hotel worth recommending.
