"We were a bit disappointed with our accommodation - the kitchen was well equipped, the lounge area, adequate. The air-conditioner sounded tired but worked. The toilet was difficult to access as it was really tight size-wise and the bedroom was similar. My biggest complaint was that the laundry was the most expensive I've ever used - and had to use credit card as the machines didn't take cash, consequently, was charged a card fee - I thought this most inappropriate."

"Firstly Ian in the restaurant was fantastic. He was attentive and lovely to deal with. Restaurant was stunning and our meal was delicious. Unfortunately when we arrived we got stuck in the lift. It had only been installed 3 days prior. We were in there for approximately 5 minutes felt like 1 hour. An apology was offered and I thought maybe a bottle of wine or a chocolate for a gesture would have been nice , but didn’t happen."
