Unplanned but lovely little Easter break , the staff at new beach are all so polite, lovely and friendly! Especially Raven & Aiden from entertainment crew .Aiden is an amazingly talented man with a true talent for performing! I was closely observing the acts and none held the crowd like Aiden did the week I was there. Definitely recommend giving him more floor time in the evening! Alain from bar & restaurant again made our week really memorable by always ensuring all our needs were met and always smiling too! . We had a brilliant memorable week away so thanks

Please do not consider using this site. We are OAP ‘s booked 4 nights Easter Monday, allocated CV04 directly in front of a refuse enclosure. Woken after dawn horrendous -seagulls having a party 6 feet from my Bedroom window. Windy so rubbish blown everywhere Bins completely Overflowing unable to close lids, disgusting mess. Reported to Emma at 10 am. 3 pm rubbish still blowing about Emma said the guys would be around straight away and excuses excuses excuses!!! 4.30pm still nothing done. Finally 5 o’clock a guy arrived - 7 hours after we reported this . It is Park Holidays responsibility to make sure the site is CLEAN and SAFE ( Health & Safety) and comply with Duty of Care. This is a vermin risk. This was all completely ignored (we are of the opinion we were treated like this because of our age) We had no curtesy call - just ignored us like we didn’t exist. Absolutely shocking!!!!!!!

Just came back from a Weekend away at New Beach, another great trip away. Caravan, Cleaned by Ellie I believe - Was clean and tidy the only down side was the smell of smoke when we arrived however this was quickly addressed - after speaking to reception. Food / Bar, The food had improved a lot since we arrived, the food was quick and when an item was missing they gave you the option to add something which I thought was really nice. The Bar staff were always Polite and friendly and really talkative. Entertainment, It was great seeing Scott back at New Beach and in a New Role as Entertainment Manager - Well Deserved!! The other Park stars were Good, we missed the Park Stars Cabaret as it was all visiting acts this weekend. But I can't wait to see this in October when we return. I really liked the fact that Jazz got involved and joined in with the Party Dances. Arcades - Allot of mixed feelings regarding the new Arcade system you now have to load a card up and you get tokens / credits on a card that you scan at Arcade Machines. It no longer prints / dispenses tickets. The tokens you win get added to the Card. I do like this as it avoids looking for cash so I do find this easier.

Entertainment: we enjoyed the daily activities in the mornings WiFi: I paid £17.99 however there was connection problems on 2nd, 3rd and 4th day. Swimming pool: although the deep side was dirty, kids enjoyed Food & drink: served faster than before Shop: staff are nice and patient to kids

All the staff were excellent, couldn't complain. The caravan was nice throughout, and comfortably kept me and the Mrs with 5 children. The site was well kept neat and tidy, and there was plenty of space to park the car during our stay. Amusements kept us busy the whole weekend. Would consider visiting this site again.

Caravan was great nice and clean no problems The biggest fault was the entertainment of an evening been coming here years but this was by far the worst team ever. Nothing much of an evening for the kids no entertainment programme like before really disappointed will not be coming back

Happy reception on collecting keys. Lovely clean caravan with a little starter cleaning pack for the kitchen. Food is nicely cooked. Activity hut have many things to do, Jack was amazing, he went above and beyond with my grandaughters hand wax request, he did a really hard job. Perfect finish and a smiling happy granddaughter. New beach is in a great position for beach, funfair, shops, alpaca farm only 3 minutes away, and the amazing mini steam train

Aidan is the best entertainer ever. Had the best time ever and really enjoyed the whole holiday it was absolutely brilliant and amazing. The caravan was so amazing and really got on well with the staff and just heavily enjoyed ourself woop woop
