前台辦理住宿的工作人員挺好，會主動告知注意事項，泡温泉的時間和怎麼退房比較合適。房間的隔音非常差，在樓道里正常説話房間裏也能聽到，這個能理解，因為酒店建設時間有些久了，但是！早上7點左右小朋友就在樓道各種大喊大叫，哭鬧了，有一個多小時都很吵，工作人員也沒有去委婉提醒，一味放任，導致沒休息好就被吵得心慌發抖。九點多就有人敲門，因為不方便開門且沒起床，過了十幾秒，就直接用房卡開我們的房間門，這是正常的嗎？第一次遇到九點多就被直接開房門的酒店，沒到退房時間，這屬於侵犯私隱了吧。還哪有安全可言。温泉是好温泉，但是這個插曲嚴重影響了當天的心情。

三年前第一次來過，温泉很好，住的3號樓比這次住的2號樓差了些，感覺這次來無論服務設施飲食各方面都有很大進步，有空還是值得再來。

酒店環境舒適，後花園很大，空氣清新。工作人員熱情，服務非常周到。特別是前台還幫忙把行李拿上房間，前台的工作人員服務態度都很好，問問題都會很認真回答並且服務周到。酒店的自助早餐也很贊哦~～建議大家到石城旅遊住這。真的流連忘返

高考完了帶孩子去泡温泉放鬆一下，水質很好很乾凈，晚上還有美麗的燈光秀配上柔柔的音樂簡直不要太舒服了，😍😍泡温泉還是選擇九寨温泉更舒服

前台小姐姐很有耐心，住宿環境不錯很安靜，住宿還送泡温泉主要還不限次數，房間也不貴，水質是純天然的，很好下次還來~

温泉非常好，池多，但部分水温不高，房間一般，大年三十餐廳衹開到五點半，還好做了火鍋自己動手，温泉晚上九點下班。
