這次入住體驗非常棒！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了家的温暖。親子房間佈置得很温馨，床品柔軟舒適，孩子長者都喜歡。尤其是前台小姐姐小惠、秀雯，笑容甜美，服務貼心，讓人倍感親切。下次來一定還會選擇這裏。温泉♨️池也很多選擇，還有室內恆温游泳池，温泉裏的陳紅阿姨服務員人也是超好的，時刻會為客人着想。2025年在石城森林温泉第一遊，好哇塞很爽呦！帶着爸媽和孩子來這酒店住，真是有賓至如歸的Feel。

石城空氣清新、環境怡人. 酒店佔地面積很大, 自助早餐選擇多, 還有多種瓦罐湯可選, 性價比高, 值得到此一遊. 要特別一提的是, 客房部的主管服務很好、很熱情, 在她的幫助下, 我們入住的房間確實沒有煙味（儘管其他房間有客人吸煙）. 謝謝！

客房服務員送上歡迎信和水果，咖啡☕️，貼心的管家服務，晚上很晚幫助我們微波爐加熱點心。
石城森林温泉水質好，温泉裏工作人員相當負責，不斷送茶水，問寒問暖，再三提醒注意温泉安全，注意休息。我們這次在石城森林温泉酒店體驗感相當好。

酒店環境舒適乾淨 ，服務主動周到，前台小惠服務很贊很貼心，主動幫我們叫車來回送到温泉門口，泡温泉的時候陳紅阿姨主動給我們送了三次紅茶。還把我們的帶着挨個池子介紹功效。
