✨ This stay experience is great! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was cured by warm light and aromatherapy. The front desk lady smiled and bending the procedures. The room opened the window to see the city view. The sheets were as soft as clouds. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry and equipped with a smart toilet. The details were controlled with ecstasy!
The most pleasant surprise is the breakfast downstairs, the freshly cooked small noodles toppings are super sufficient, and the freshly baked bread is fragrant to wake up before leaving. I also received a handwritten thank you card. Who knows how to feel treated with care! 📸 A few detailed pictures taken at hand, and I will lock it here next time I come to this city!

優點：價格170多。帶雙早餐。房間面積超大。整面牆都是玻璃視野廣。馬桶是智能的。房間裏燈窗簾電視都可以語音控制。衞生打掃的也好。電視屏幕超級大。窗邊的沙發是那種搖搖椅可以展開的沙發。餐廳的視野更敞亮。味道也不錯。
缺點：離石家莊市區距離比較遠。（從這個酒店到河北博物館需要45分鐘左右的車程）
酒店窗户對着的是馬路。有車的聲音。如果對聲音比較敏感，最好訂酒店之前提前問有沒有不對馬路的。
還有一個就是我的那個中央空調，晚上有異響。當時太晚就沒有去問服務員是啥情況？

DDanuta.Super hotel z niezwykle miłą i troskliwą obsługą. Sympatyczni,zaangażowani, chętni do pomocy. Uroczy pokój, bardzo czysto. Hotel usytuowany tylko dwie stację metra od muzeum Hebei. Bardzo łatwy dojazd do starożytnego miasta. Do końca linią 1, wyjście D i przesiadka na autobus 130. O wszystko możecie zapytać w recepcji. Dziewczyny pomogą Wam zorganizować każdą wycieczkę i jeszcze zatroszczą się o Was. Bardzo dziekujemy wszystkim pracownikom hotelu, że dołożyli starań,aby nasz pobyt był udany. Obok hotelu miesci się świetny sklep z herbatą.

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Ddude_abroadMy daughter left her phone in the hotel room, and we didn't even notice that we left something behind. The hotel called us when were on the bullet train home and informed us that we had left a phone behind. The hotel immediately sent the phone out to us via overnight SF Express. Thank you very much.
Aside from that we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is located directly on Wanda's Pedestrian Street. Street food, shops, mall, restaurants are all right outside your door.
The in room carpet is a little worn out and dirty, and the AC doesn't work very well, but aside from that it was a great stay. We will definitely be staying again.

NNiannianSooAs soon as I entered the lobby, the fragrance was high-end and not pungent. The lady named Liu at the front desk was very active and enthusiastic, like a friend. The public area was planted in a patchwork of greenery, and even the elevator room was decorated with art paintings. The room window opened to the city landmark/garden waterscape, the sound insulation was super good, and it was so quiet at night that it felt like hiding in a paradise. I have stayed in so many hotels, but this one really engraved ”guest needs” into its bones! From stepping into the door to checking out, every moment was gently received~ Next time I come to this city, I must choose this place! A place you want to visit again after staying once!

AAmerican lodging AdjusterService, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China.
If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed .
By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

OOMGitsJassyRoom was on 6th floor, nobody helped us find it, towels and bedsheets were old and with holes 🥲 walls were visibly repaired some parts got teared apart wallpapers, some lights on the ceiling didn’t work so room was quite dark, bathroom sink was outside near the door, shower water became cold after 10 minutes of use and water was dripping from heater right on your head and all over the floor, there was no smell in the room, view was carpark between two taller buildings, mattress and pillows were surprisingly soft, we stayed two days nobody came to take out the trash or renew the toilet paper/water 😂 seems there is no cleaning at all. Only cozy corner was the armchairs in front of of the window, if you wanted slippers you should pay for it extra 20¥😂we were mostly outside so for one time bearable stay but i can’t recommend maybe only for affordable price and excellent location … oh yeah bed was too short and our feet stayed outside😆

Because the plane arrived at the airport at 10:30 in the evening, it was already more than 11 o'clock to carry the luggage out to the hotel. When I woke up, I found that it was almost 11 o'clock the next day. I hurried to wash and eat. I forgot to take photos of the interior of the room. However, I will come to Shijiazhuang next month. I will go to the airport at night in the future. This is the best choice. It is not far from the ancient city of Zhengding. It costs three yuan to take the bus 🚍 156 at the airport.
