It is luxuriously decorated and located in the city center. Turn left when you exit the gate and you will see Wanli Temple Pedestrian Street. The large supermarket Xinbai is adjacent to it, and the subway station is also very close, making travel convenient. The breakfast is rich and varied, suitable for all tastes. Fruits and pastries are given away every day, making you feel at home. It was a satisfying experience!

I stay here every time I come to Shijiazhuang, because the location is very good, not far from the train station, and it takes about ten minutes to get there. When you cross the road on the left hand side of the hotel, you will find Xinbai, and when you cross the road diagonally, you will find Vientiane City. There is an underground passage on the right hand side. It is cold now, so it is warmer to walk down. There is a subway station down here, and it goes directly to Shijiazhuang Station in four stops. The service at the front desk and the guest room is very good. This time, they also gave me gifts during the Chinese New Year. In the past, mineral water was placed in the corridors on each floor, but it was not available this time. However, it was delivered quickly after a phone call. The swimming pool is not open now, and it costs more than 500 yuan a day, including breakfast for two. Disadvantages: The toilet (the automatic toilet makes a huge noise when it is used) and the air conditioner in the room I stayed in this time are very noisy. The cleaning is also a bit average. The most unsatisfactory thing is the service in the restaurant. I stayed here for two days this time, and the waiters in the restaurant did not smile as a whole. This morning, I went to the restaurant and put the dishes on the table. The waiter came to clean and lay the tableware. I saw it and immediately picked up the plate. She didn't even look at me, let alone say thank you. After all, I helped you reduce the workload, right? This is basic courtesy. There was also a lady cooking noodles. I said, ”Hello, do you have noodles now?” Then she glanced at me with a very unhappy look, and without saying a word, she picked up a bowl of cooked noodles and handed it to me, making me feel like I was eating her food. I don't know how the restaurant waiters are trained, but for Shijiazhuang, this hotel is considered high-end, and such service is really lacking.

The room we were given only had a small window but it had a nice view and comfortable bed. Only complaint is that the room is a bit dated and had strong smell of cigarettes even though we asked for non smoking. Afternoons tea is a nice feature

When we checked in, we recorded our breakfast requirements (Chinese, English, and American options), and reminded us that the meal was sufficient, so we didn’t need to buy breakfast separately for the children. They enthusiastically helped us deliver the luggage to the third floor. Everything was very considerate! ~~~The hotel provides free travel photography, and you can make an appointment in advance to take photos. “So close, so beautiful, I’ll go to Hebei on the weekend!” I will still choose Shotai next time I come back.

The transportation around the hotel is convenient and the environment is beautiful. It is highly recommended.
