This hotel is the most beautiful in Shijiazhuang. The landscape is beautiful and the interior is very aesthetic. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and it is extremely beautiful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the bath tub. There is also a big balcony but due to it being winter time we didn’t get to enjoy it.
The gym is great for a hotel and not to mention very clean. It has all the essential equipment for a great workout.
The hotel advertised having western and Chinese breakfast however as a foreigner the western selection is basically just bacon and some different types of bread (croissant, danish etc). The breakfast was also extremely cold for the 5 days we had it. Also there was only 1 restaurant (a la carte) open during our stay so we had to find our lunch and dinner outside of the hotel. This was extremely difficult as there aren’t many food options in this area. This was the only thing we didn’t like.

酒店環境算是我住過酒店裡最好的了，像個度假村。進大堂就有主管小張迎接我們，巨温柔的小姐姐，熱情給我們介紹酒店設施 還安排我們體驗游泳，我們有長者，特意給我們安排了一個安靜的房間，對房間很滿意，細緻服務！整體都很好，下次還會再來

環境優美 停車方便 交通便利。問題：房間隔音很差聽的一清二楚。照説沒幾年我酒店，房間內部設施很糟糕，實在是太差了。大夏天還是冬天提供大棉被很熱。酒店辦會議，晚上住宿的在樓道很吵。

非常愉快的一次住宿體驗！尤其是前台安利偉的服務很棒！（長得也很帥）從始至終都帶着微笑，給人一種很親切的感覺，迅速幫我們辦理完入住，主動介紹酒店設施（游泳館真的不錯），知道我們要去正定古城玩，還幫我們做了行程安排，先去隆興寺再去榮國府，因為隆興寺下午五點半就閉園了。推薦的美食也很不錯！體驗感滿分！下次來石家莊一定還會住這個酒店。

首先，值得肯定的是，確實是緊鄰滹沱河，內部也有着優秀的大環境，適合會議、培訓、甚至婚禮，所以我先給環境四顆星。但是對於家庭度假遊客來説，真的挺地獄的體驗，我一條一條來講。
第一，關於衞生。衞生間地面有污漬，房間地毯很臟，最難以想象的是洗澡之後，圍着浴巾發現浴巾上有拳頭大的洞，頓時覺得渾身癢。（這一點我跟前台反饋過，我説我多年住酒店從未遇見過，前台值班負責人説她們也是。（見圖一）
第二，關於安全。房間陽台對着“燃氣調壓閥”，五米之內禁止煙火，然後房間陽台提供煙缸。（這一點我反饋的時候，回答是“房間是禁煙的”）（見圖二、圖三）
第三，關於設施。房間一半以上的電源是沒有電的，進房之後空氣凈化器默認在沒有電的插口上，導致整夜未啟動，早上在地面附近找到了一個有點插口。（圖四五六）
第四，關於備品初看emelis品牌，以為倫敦天然精油品牌艾麗美，酒店出了大血，使用後感覺香氣及其低級發現是廣州備案珠海產品，平價零售48元。（圖七八九），相信也可能是該品牌的酒店渠道策略，但是真的很失望，還不如看不見這個品牌沒有什麼預期。
第五，這家酒店辦入住時候，接待我的服務員一共發了兩場脾氣，第一次是打電話要求同事來大堂做咖啡，第二次是電腦黑屏，雖然她其實是想快點幫我辦，但是對於內部員工和設備的抱怨情緒全部投射在我身上。 我們被告知“酒店接了團隊，餐廳無法使用了，其他娛樂活動也沒有告訴我們可以使用。”
最後，這家酒店吹風機是百元以下的，電梯廳負一層是凌亂塞滿椅子的，客人需要跨着走過去
找車的。（見圖十、十一）。早餐有“審計培訓會議客人”用手取水果。
我覺得酒店可以專注做會議，微商，培訓，非洲人團隊旅行就非常好，不必要掛那麼高鑽石讓我們平時這個定位的客人心塞。
（我從沒有這麼細的評價過一家酒店，尤其是本身就是按照五鑽以上消費，真的以往最低打過4.5分）
