The room facilities were complete and in excellent condition, with all equipment working smoothly. A special shout-out to the cleanliness – the room was meticulously cleaned; the floors, surfaces, and bathroom were spotless, with no water stains or dust. The staff were friendly, diligent, and responsible. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Highly recommended!

I almost always stay here when I'm in town. A few times before, I couldn't get into the underground parking because it was full, but this time I finally could. There aren't many spots, and they're separated from the owner's parking by a fence. There are charging stations available. If you park above ground, you'll find charging stations across the street near the restaurants. The hotel service is consistently good, friendly, and attentive. The bedding is on the firmer side; I'm not sure if that's a room type thing or if I just haven't noticed it before. The Lobby Bar coffee included in the Trip.com package only offers iced or hot Americano.

The bedding in the room was excellent, greatly improving sleep quality! The breakfast had a great variety of options. I highly recommend everyone to try it out. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shijiazhuang!

I have to commend the hotel's cleanliness; the attention to detail is truly exceptional. The floors, tabletops, and even the nooks and crannies of the bathroom were all spotless. The bath towels and hand towels were fresh and odorless, and I felt completely at ease knowing the bedding was changed for each new guest. The housekeeping staff proactively replenished amenities, and the entire room felt fresh and bright, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The soundproofing in the shower was average. The bathroom didn't have paper towels, but it did have face towels. The front desk staff were welcoming and proactively asked for vehicle registration details. The hotel description mentioned complimentary coffee, but when I asked, they wanted an extra 19.9 yuan. The best part was definitely the rooftop pool; it looked very clean. I recommend staying here.

They patiently answered all questions without any hint of impatience, and even helped us with a late check-out. Issues were resolved very quickly, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The guest rooms are spacious with fantastic views from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and luxury amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and a scenic bathtub are all included. The breakfast selection is rich, and the local Ban Mian noodles taste authentic. Service response is very fast, and the robot delivery is super convenient. The environment is quiet and upscale, offering much better value for money than other hotels in the same price bracket – highly recommended! The ceiling-to-sky heated swimming pool is the biggest highlight! The water is clear and clean, the space is open, and the temperature is just right. It's free for guests, making it incredibly relaxing and great for photos.

The experience at Ximei Wuzhou Hotel was fantastic! You can swim for free, and the evening turndown service provided by the staff was incredibly warm, including fresh fruit, yogurt, L'Occitane toiletries, as well as snacks and plush toys for children. The attention to detail is heartwarming, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

In the evening, they provided yogurt, fresh fruit, and exquisite handmade soap as turn-down service. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and the experience was very good.

Staying at the Ximei Wuzhou Hotel in Shijiazhuang was an absolutely fantastic experience. The lobby is grand and stylish, and the room has excellent natural light with expansive views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries are of good quality. We even received complimentary welcome fruit and yogurt upon check-in. A major highlight is the 27th-floor infinity-edge constant temperature pool; the water is crystal clear, and the ambiance is incredible. The gym is well-equipped. The breakfast offers a wide selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, with turn-down service offered in the evenings. The surrounding area has plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Plus, there's free indoor parking. It's perfectly suited whether you're traveling or just need a temporary stay. Highly recommended!

Whenever I travel for business, I usually stay at Ximei. It's right across from a lively street full of restaurants. My only minor complaint is that some of the rooms are a bit small, but otherwise, everything is great.

This hotel deserves a perfect 5-star review! The room was incredibly clean, and the mattress was just the right firmness, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The soundproofing was exceptional – I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. All the amenities were new and worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were gentle and polite, making my stay feel safe and comfortable. If you're looking for a place to stay in this area, you absolutely have to choose this one!

The room was very clean. The front desk staff were all lovely and very helpful. Not every room has a bathtub, but when I contacted the front desk, they quickly moved me to a room that did. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Housekeeping staff member Chang Jie is incredibly responsible and meticulous; she deserves full marks! The infinity pool is also fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shijiazhuang.

The service here was a bit of a letdown. While the facilities were actually better than the InterContinental I stayed at a couple of days ago, the service didn't quite measure up. I booked connecting rooms with king beds, just like before, but when I called ahead, they made all sorts of excuses about not being able to arrange adjoining rooms. The staff's communication skills definitely need improvement. Then, at check-in, they started talking about whether our room was facing the street or not, even though our suite clearly was. High-floor rooms facing the street are bound to be noisy at night, so I'm not sure what the staff was getting at. The biggest rip-off was the breakfast. For such an average buffet, they still charged extra for children, and rooms including breakfast were hundreds more – definitely not worth it. I strongly advise against booking a room with breakfast. I thought the InterContinental's breakfast was bad, but at least they had a wider selection of pastries. Here, the breakfast was barely on par with a budget hotel; it was so bad I almost wanted to complain. The score reflects the facilities, not the breakfast – what a scam! On a positive note, I want to specifically commend the housekeeping department. The housekeeping staff were all incredibly dedicated and conscientious. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning, but the housekeeping attendant patiently kept asking if we needed anything. Thumbs up to them!
