After a twenty-day trip through Yunnan, I stopped in Shijiazhuang for a night on my way back to Beijing. I booked the Hilton because I was having dinner with a friend at China House on the second floor of the hotel. The hotel lobby is on the 31st floor, so you have to check in there first, and then take another elevator up to the 40-something floor for your room. This back-and-forth can be a bit inconvenient, especially when ordering takeout. You either have to pick it up yourself or wait for hotel staff to deliver it, as external deliveries aren't allowed in, and there don't seem to be any robots either. Overall, the hotel environment is quite good. Being on a high floor, you get nice city views. The toilet in the room isn't automatic. The shower water pressure was good, and the room was quite spacious. All the drinks and water in the fridge are chargeable. There's a 600 RMB deposit required per room upon check-in, which is refunded to your original payment method upon checkout. Parking is free in the underground garage. There's a shopping mall nearby. The hotel is about 7 kilometers from Shijiazhuang Station, roughly a 20-minute car ride.

The only and tallest office building in Shijiazhuang, with the Hebei Provincial Museum downstairs and adjacent to Xiantianxia Shopping Center. It's on the same street as the Hebei Provincial People's Government and the Shijiazhuang Municipal People's Government. The hotel lobby is on the 31st floor, offering 360-degree close-up and distant views of the city. However, the air quality is poor due to the building's enclosed central air conditioning.

This is a very high-end hotel. The concierge, Wang Shenkun, deserves high praise – he was warm, thoughtful, and provided excellent service!

I'd especially like to commend Cindy at the front desk. Her professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. Check-in was a breeze, and she clearly and patiently explained the room allocation process. She proactively informed me about the elevator, breakfast restaurant, and executive lounge locations, as well as important details. Her demeanor was warm, polite, and perfectly balanced, providing a gracious and professional reception. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the overall hotel service was meticulous and attentive. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Shijiazhuang. It's truly worth recommending.

The hotel boasts luxurious and grand decor, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is very comfortable. The hotel staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Getting around from the hotel is also quite convenient.

This established five-star hotel truly delivers on quality. It's conveniently located right next to the Provincial Museum, and the surrounding area offers easy access to everything. Both the lobby and the room views are incredibly expansive and offer a high vantage point. The staff's service was consistently excellent throughout my stay, clearly indicating top-notch training. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit to Shijiazhuang.

The service was warm and attentive. The provincial museum and a shopping mall are right downstairs, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The underground parking was handy, but it was a bit disorienting at first having to switch elevators to get up. However, there were always staff members guiding the way, which was really helpful.

Great hotel, with great views of Shijiazhuang, tallest building by far in the city. Stayed on the executive level 53. Executive lounge had great views. Executive lounge service was good but didn’t serve breakfast, but the buffet breakfast on level 30 was good. Only comment was I couldn’t find a power point at the desk that supported my charger, as it was a large charger it fell out of the power points and had to charge near the bed.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are well-maintained, and the cleanliness, in particular, is exceptional. The service is also up to Hilton's expected standards. The water in the hotel tastes sweet, and I'm not sure what treatment they use, but showering feels wonderfully smooth. The swimming pool is also very clean. The children's bathrobes aren't for toddlers; they're longer, which is perfect for kids aged 9 to 10. Breakfast is very generous. The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from the Provincial Museum and Science and Technology Museum. It's also very close to the high-speed train station. On top of that, I must give a special shout-out to Cindy at the front desk! She was incredibly warm and patient throughout the check-in process. Noticing I had a child with me, she proactively offered thoughtful special assistance, considering every detail. It made us feel so welcome and cared for while traveling. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shijiazhuang.

The hotel is beautiful, truly befitting a 5-star standard. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the location is superb, making it easy to get around. Plus, the Hebei Museum is right across the street.

Facilities: Generally good. It's an older hotel. I really liked the gym and swimming pool here. Cleanliness: Also generally good. Environment: Overall good. Service: Overall good. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and helped upgrade our room for free. Dining: The breakfast buffet was quite good; I tried the beef noodles (banmian) from Shijiazhuang. I was going to Yutong Sports Center to watch an away game, and the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the sports center, so the experience was pretty good.

So close, so beautiful! I spent the weekend in Hebei, and based on the platform's recommendation, I chose this hotel, which is closest to the Hebei Museum. My expectations were instantly soaring when I saw the lobby on the 31st floor and the restaurant on the 30th. Two enormous floor-to-ceiling windows frame the entire city like a flowing oil painting. As night falls, the city lights twinkle on one by one, and the traffic weaves into a river of light. Sitting by the window, the bustling, vibrant cityscape of Shijiazhuang, 52 floors below, is completely visible. The room was spotless, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommended!
