Ctrip willingly gave this hotel the first review. The service attitude is just right, not overly enthusiastic, but responsive. The child took a nap and asked for a late check-out to 2:30. I was ready to pay extra, but the front desk staff told me without hesitation to ask for it from the supervisor. The most important thing is that the hotel is clean and spacious, and the sleep is comfortable. We arrived very late that day and had planned to go to bed directly, but looking at the clean room, I felt embarrassed to go to bed without taking a shower... I have been to Shijiazhuang several times and stayed in different types of hotels, both more expensive and cheaper than this one, and this one is the most comfortable. The actual room is better looking and brighter than the photo. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel's health requirements are relatively high. Generally, I write so many reviews for less. I saw the newly opened store. The price/performance ratio is still very good. So I decided to Vienna with the mentality of trying. I didn't expect to come. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive, with sweet smiles and a professional check-in process! They specially arranged a high-rise room with a view and even hand-painted a map of nearby restaurants. When we needed an extra quilt in the middle of the night, it was delivered instantly. I was truly touched by the attention to detail. The room amenities were amazing, even better than I expected. The smart curtains and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view, and the mattress was just the right firmness for me to lie down on. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas with branded toiletries, and even the makeup mirror had a light ring. The attention to detail was incredible! The overall experience was fantastic, and it's a treasure hotel I'll definitely visit again and again! 💯
