"I had cause to stay at this Premier Inn for approximately 18 months. Throughout my stay, I became aware of the many challenges all the staff face, both positive and negative whether caused by hotel error or outside factors that the staff had no control over. They were all incredibly professional under both challenging and light hearted situations, showing compassion, concern, humour and kindness where required. In particular, I would like to specifically thank Melodie for all the laughs and banter on reception, Eleanor for the late night chats, James and the rest of the team for becoming good friends that feel like family. During my 18 month stay, I never once felt any need to make any complaint about anything. I would have no hesitation in staying there again and no hesitation in recommending this Premier Inn. "The room is decorated in a modern style and is clean and tidy. The location is very good, in the service area, next to McDonald's, and there is Costa at the front desk of the hotel. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the air conditioner in the room has a constant temperature setting. It's a bit noisy and the temperature is a bit low. The air conditioner is controlled by the front desk. The automatic mode of the air conditioner in the small room keeps blowing cool air. I went to the front desk to adjust it in the middle of the night. The front desk was very nice. Helped adjust the heating mode. But the overall temperature at night is not too high"
