The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle

The title of this review stems from the fact that we were upgraded to a suite late at night, for the cottage we had booked was close to open air restaurant where live music was playing too loud at night. Electric buggies are available to ferry you from reception to rooms. Accommodation for drivers is available on first come first served basis. Not guaranteed.

I celebrated my birthday with my friends and it was such an amazing experience. We loved the food, staffs were kind, music was good and ambience is perfect! We had a great time. Thank you for having us!! Keep up the good work in keeping your customers happy! 😊 I would highy recommend this place.

We had a wonderful 3 days stay there. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean, professional staff especially Mr Rahul and the mam in dinning area were very helpful, the ambiance is great and they have buggies to easily pick and drop you from reception to your rooms.

Arguably the best place to stay in Shillong. The heritage as well as the Forest wing were great in their own way. I loved the walks in the fairly large forest wing. Expectedly, it was a lovely lush forest. My room was large and had amazing views of the forest. The food in the stately restaurant was good and the staff was very hospitable. Had very serene experience.

The staffers are extremely professional! It was an amazing all round experience. Good hospitality, good food, soothing ambience. And not to forget that the F&B manager personally quizzed every guest to meet his expectation. Highly recommended!!
