The staff were very cooperative and supportive but the single room which I got was not in good condition. The ceiling of washroom was leaking and there were cockroaches underneath the bed.

staff is good but room service is very poor. baar baar bolna padta hai cleaning ke liye osme bhi clear nhi hota jaldi geyser kharab tha hamar humne bola bhi ku geyser sahu karwai ya dusra room do nhi mana koi stafff accha hai par cleaning ke zero marks hai

WORST HOTEL EVER. SCAMMER. THE MANAGER IS A CON . I even planned to file an FIR against the Manager and hotel. The room was dirty so I went to reception to raise the concern. THEY threatened me to delete the pictures. Being Me a Solo traveller had the worst hotel experience ever.

Room was average. Amenities were very old. Not maintained well. Parking was not good. Food was good. Comunication between departments was not good. Location was good but it was in a busy marketplace. Overall service was average.
