I had a very disappointing experience at this so-called 4-star property, especially considering the high price paid. The first room allotted to us had a large pillar in the middle, making the space extremely cramped and inconvenient. When I requested a change, the reception initially refused, claiming the hotel was fully booked. However, rooms were clearly available online. Only after escalating to the manager was I given another room. The second room was even worse—it was not properly cleaned. There was visible hair on the dresser, which is completely unacceptable and reflects poor housekeeping standards. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room (a window unit) would stop working within a minute. Despite raising this issue, the maintenance staff insisted it was functioning fine, even though there was no airflow at all. After further complaints, I was offered yet another room and asked to shift again. By this time, I was exhausted after a long day and chose not to go through the hassle again. Overall, the experience was miserable. The service, cleanliness, and handling of customer complaints were far below expectations for a 4-star hotel. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.
