Stay was good, but early check-in should be there, plus there were no toiletries and no kettle for hot water or any sort of tea bags etc. And on a cold floor warm slippers were not there, staff was good and helpful but the quality of stay could be better and there is additional charge for heater which is a basic thing during winters

Highly non coopers staff. Room was very stuffy, there was no good ventilation. Room was not in the hotel rather they took us to a nearby room in separate building. Bed sheets and quilt was not properly clean. Room service was very slow and they didn’t provide lunch. Diner menu was very limited and soups and snacks were not available. There were a lot of noise around the room. This was my worst experience till now and i won’t recommend anyone to go to this place. We checked out from hotel yesterday at 4 pm Money was wasted.

This hotel, room unhygienic, bedsheet and bathroom very dirty. Staff behaviour not good. I suggest no book this hotel room.

Hotel's location is awesome, near a. G. Chowk and mall road/the ridge. Service was also top-notch. Overall awesome experience and definitely recommend it.

We had very bad experience in this hotel. The beddings provided were stained and unclean. There are no room heaters, they charge extra for it. This is 1 star hotel, i don't know why makemy trip had categorised it in 3 star hotel. Hotel staff is not professional. I would say, if someone wants pleasant experience in shimla, do not book this hotel ever.
