When we are about to check in the receptionist told us there are no rooms vacant though we booked through MMT, later we called MMT support for the resolution there we spent about 2 hrs and our entire trip got ruined.
One of the worst experience I've ever had. I won't recommend MMT to my friends and family.

The hotel we had stayed at shivmog is amma recidency. We had a very bad experience in that hotel. The toilet flush was not working. Beds are not clean. We have to change 2 rooms after giving complaints of room one by one. Sir i will give average instead of bad.

Very prime location in the city. Room was good. But entrance and lift should be clean. Lot of dirt in lift.

I have never experienced like this hotel. Rooms are worst and pathetic. Cleaning are very poor. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are not cleaned and it's not fit for family. Pathetic condition when checked in had to wait for for very long time to get it cleaned. Also the rooms are very small and no place for extra bed

Rooms were good but nothing was provided in the room like toothbrush, soap, water bottle, towel etc. Room was clean and well maintianed
