Beautiful view from the room’s balcony which overlooks the sea.

Service was good but can be improved: - the translation tool used was not effective. Staff had to apologise repeatedly. - due to miscommunication, we were late for dinner by 15 mins. The hotel was not flexible enough to do service recovery to guests. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and love the room!

Super super hotel (as it should be given the price!), with very friendly staff. The private in room onsen is very luxurious. Only minor negative points are that I was not allowed to leave my bag at the hotel when I arrived before check-in time and no massage service was available.

Value for money. Highly recommended. Will stay again. The room is large for us to open and pack our luggage in preparing to depart airport the next day. The room facilities are convenient (without stairs) to suit my usage as a person with walking difficulties. I especially love the ensuite onsen bath with beautiful ocean view. The dinner and breakfast are delicious.

We arrived by car, and they came to greet us at the car. Check-in was also very thorough, and they gave us a detailed introduction to our room! Although the weather was cloudy, the view was amazing.

The service is very good. Japanese craftsman spirit. There is a supermarket next to it, which is also very convenient for shopping.

The location is good, there is a large supermarket next door. Each room has a hot spring pool, and the scenery is also very good. It's a pity that the hotel does not have laundry service or self-service washing machines!

I stayed here for one night with breakfast. It was comfortable and wonderful. This time I was traveling with my daughter, but I would like to come again with my family!

We stayed here on my husband's birthday. As he is over 70 and does not eat much, we ordered a small portion. He was very satisfied with the delicious food and drinks. As a surprise, they even prepared a cake for him. The hospitality of the staff was wonderful. Thank you very much.
