Near the station and staff spoke enough English to complete the check-in. However, the amenities are particularly lacking, especially the Wi-Fi in the hotel is very bad, as it disconnected every 15-20 minutes and somewhat slow. The breakfast is a set meal, and the free refills are limited to rice, miso soup, teas, and condiments.

The onsen is only for men. Females are not allowed in the onsen. That made me feel really sad No onsen for women and no s ign tells about it I had to ask on the front desk. Cause no one told me

Convenient,3 min walk to the JR station. International ferry terminal to Busan is also close. Friendly helpful staff,clean comfortable room.. Simple but good japanese breakfast. Good value. Recommended

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very kind, and the location is excellent.

It was an amazing experience in staying this hotel. The most impressive one was staff. They were so kind. I felt like staying in my neighborhood. This hotel provided a breakfast which was simple but has good taste and was enough for starting fir the day. I absolutely stay here again when I will visit this area.

The key was a physical key with a plastic rod attached. When going out, you leave it at the front desk. It suddenly started raining, but umbrellas were available for free loan.

The location is good, very close to the JR station (bus terminal in front of the station), making travel convenient. There's a supermarket near the JR station where you can buy food. The room facilities are generally good. The twin room is spacious enough, with plenty of room to spread out your luggage. However, for a hotel with some history, the sofas are a bit old and heavy. There aren't many power outlets; there are no outlets by the bed, but a multi-adjustable power cord is provided on the table, which is sufficient for basic charging needs. The disposable slippers are quite thin. The hotel has a microwave in the second-floor common area. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, with a set of side dishes in four small trays, plus pickled plums and radishes, and coffee and green tea are available. It's filling. Overall, it's good value for money.

The view is great. The welcome drink is a nice touch. Karato Market is also close by.

The moment I entered the room, I was hit with the smell of a toilet. The Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. My wallet didn't work. It was awful, but I'm grateful just to have been able to stay there. 🙏
