The experience at the Japanese ski resort was amazing! The snow quality was great, the powder snow was fine, and it was super smooth to ski. There were many ski trails, and beginners, intermediates, and advanced levels could all have a great time. The facilities were very complete, ski equipment rental was convenient, and there were caring coaches to teach. After skiing, I took a hot spring bath, which was really great!

After staying for two days, the child did not leave the room and kept lying on the bed and vomiting. The child had a fever on the first night when he arrived at the hotel. After a series of bug events, he was completely fascinated by Hokkaido Hoshino CLUB MED (more than 10,000 yuan a night) If you don’t have a sense of service, don’t be a parent-child hotel. The child had a fever and vomited on the first night. I asked the hotel if they could send some porridge and noodles to the room. The hotel directly refused and said that there was no meal delivery service. Okay, the child couldn’t leave the room for meals due to physical reasons, so I went to the restaurant to pack it up and brought it back. The restaurant is very far from the room, about ten minutes walk. At night, I asked the hotel to borrow a thermometer, but I had to go to the front desk downstairs to get it myself, and it was a long walk. Any hotel I have stayed in will deliver it to my door, except this one. On the second night, the child was still having a fever, and negotiated with the hotel about delaying check-out the next day. At first, they said that the guests behind our room came earlier, and they could only delay us by half an hour to 10:30 at most! Yes, the check-out time of this 10,000 yuan a night hotel is 10 o'clock, and the check-in time is 3 o'clock. I asked him if there were any other suitable places for the child to rest, but he still gave me the public space of their hotel, without considering whether it would infect other guests (no wonder the flu was so serious). Later, I thought that we had booked three rooms, so I went to ask if other rooms could be delayed for a longer time for a fee, because the child had a fever and needed a place to rest. The scheduled car did not arrive until 14:00, and the child with a fever was not good for other customers in their public space. As a result, this time the reply was very blunt, saying that the rooms were very full tomorrow and no room could be delayed. Really speechless! The previous statement that our room was not available if the customer came early, and the latter statement that every room was not available, were all excuses. The underlying thinking was not to consider the customer, because it would bring more trouble to their work step by step. This hotel is also very sloppy in its own work. The time for the shuttle bus said that there were three more buses from Aisi Ice City back to the hotel after 10 o'clock in the evening. As a result, our friend waited there for half an hour and could not wait. After asking the staff, we found out that the last bus was after 9 o'clock, and there were no more buses after 10 o'clock. The reservation time for adult courses, the time for ski equipment rental, and the small club are all messed up. There is always a discrepancy between what is written on the single page and the actual situation! To sum up: the hotel has poor service awareness, and children often get sick. It is recommended not to bring children there

I can only say that except for the price, there is nothing to complain about. Especially the evening party program brought by GO at night, the children had a great time, all kinds of dancing and disco, people of different ages and nationalities. Three days and two nights is too short, I will stay for a week next time!

The hotel's buffet is slightly different every day, and there are many choices for drinking at the bar on the 3rd floor. There are also many activities in the evening. The shortcomings are that the toilet and bathroom in our room are separated, but there is no sink in the toilet. It feels inconvenient to go to the bathroom to wash hands every time after going to the toilet. The heating in the connecting corridors of the main building and the side building of the hotel is not enough, and it will feel obviously cold. There are no children's tableware in the restaurant, and there are no children's toiletries in the room. We stayed for three nights, and the room service did not replace the toothbrush, and the front desk did not deliver it after calling. After the first day, it can be clearly felt that the room cleaning and bed making are more casual, not as neat as the first day. Overall, it is worth bringing a baby to experience, and both adults and children can have a good time. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the check-in feeling is great, but the room service and some details do not seem to match the price of the hotel.
