首先房間衞生一般，進入一股異味，孩子很排斥；其次毛巾是上任房客留下來的濕毛巾；一次性拖鞋、浴巾都沒放，是我幾次找客服和保潔要的；孩子想看電視，可惜電視是擺設，客服調了很久沒用；窗簾閉不嚴而且都發黴了。最關鍵的是備註了也與店家強調要安靜點的房間，結果呢：窗外、門外的聊天説話聲都聽得一清二楚，睡眠質量太差了。避坑，以後再也不來這家了！很失敗的一次訂房！
