It was my first time to visit Houliu Ancient Town. Unfortunately, the temperature dropped drastically and it started to rain moderately. The damp and cold were unbearable and I had no mood to travel. The room is very clean and tidy, with simple facilities. You need to bring your own toiletries. The mattress is really thin and hard, so it's just okay.

As you step into this farmyard, you will be instantly surrounded by its simplicity and tranquility. There is a large terrace in the courtyard with many flowers raised by the owner. There are several tables and chairs placed under the parasol. You can sit here to drink tea in your spare time, listen to the rustling of leaves in the wind, and enjoy the river view, feeling the peaceful time. The guest rooms are simple in design and clean and tidy. Every morning, I am awakened by the singing of birds outside the window. When I open the window, I am surrounded by greenery and fresh air. I can also see the green water in the river, as if I were in a pastoral painting. The host is very hospitable. Whether it is a family trip or a gathering of friends, this is a great choice to relax and get close to nature. This rural sentiment and warm experience are highly recommended to friends who pursue nature and tranquility!

I saw it in ** and navigated directly here. I think the scenery here is so beautiful, especially the fairyland shrouded in clouds and mist in the morning. I really want to live here. Several of us stayed in a suite, and we could play mahjong. It was really free from the hustle and bustle of the city. I recommend it to everyone!
