The hotel room is large and spacious with a lot of food choice around

Really good service

The building is old, but clean and the tatami mats were a beautiful blue. Above all, the staff, including the foreigners, were all very friendly and pleasant. They also gave me a shuttle to Hotel Seamore's large public bath, and it was wonderful to bathe while looking out at the ocean. When I returned to the inn, I took a dip in the open-air bath in my room, and the water was smooth and pleasant.

Extremely satisfied! They offer Chinese-speaking service, and a young man from Shandong was particularly helpful. On our first day, we lost our child's backpack, and the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful, even driving us to retrieve it – we were very touched. The young Chinese man also thoughtfully typed out all our reservation reminders in Chinese. Thank you so much! The room had a hot spring bath, and the view from the window was stunning. Everything was perfect! The hotel is located in the mountains. From the JR line, you can take a bus to the Terracemore Hotel. The Terracemore Hotel can arrange shuttle service to Tenzan-kaku from 3 PM to 8 PM. On our first day, we went for help around 9 PM because we had a four-month-old baby, and the staff on the mountain made an exception and picked us up. The hotel dinners were surprisingly delicious; we ate in the same private room every time. They even gave us a small souvenir when we left. The wonderful flavors made the trip even more memorable. The hotel also has travel-themed products; I regret not buying the large-volume packs – they were amazing! I would highly recommend to those who enjoy hot springs and beautiful sea views, especially the Japanese-style living rooms. Wonderful experience! Thanks for your hospitality! We went during the National Day holiday and are now adding a review after returning. There were two exceptionally kind Chinese guys at the hotel! Their service was very attentive; they helpfully showed us our room, called a taxi, and solved all our transportation needs. They deserve the highest praise! The hotel itself was also very nice; the open-air hot spring was amazing, and we experienced a unique traditional Japanese ryokan (traditional Japanese inn).

I just checked into this hotel and was extremely satisfied with both the environment and the service. Although I had informed the hotel in advance via email, I arrived much later than expected, past the normal check-in time, because I had taken a late JR train from Osaka city center. However, the hotel still held my room for me. A special thank you to Mr. Liu at the front desk and a lovely Japanese lady with bangs; they patiently answered my questions, made restaurant reservations, and arranged shuttle bus late into the night, ensuring our itinerary for the next day went smoothly. Our room was a Japanese-style house, spacious and clean, with soft bedding and a balcony overlooking the onsen (hot spring) and a beautiful sea view. You absolutely must try soaking in the onsen in the morning—it's incredibly relaxing!

The environment was tranquil, and the staff provided attentive service. I would definitely choose this place again next time! This time, I opted for breakfast, which was pleasantly surprised and I was very satisfied! For dinner, I chose to go out. Since I was driving, finding a place to eat was convenient, with each trip taking about 10 to 15 minutes.

Located on a mountain, the low light pollution at night allows for stargazing, while the beautiful scenery during the day offers a distant view of the sea. You can enjoy the scenery while soaking in the hot springs. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is clear that they are being maintained.

The room was very clean. The service was excellent, especially the Chinese staff member who kindly helped us print out the sightseeing bus timetable and reminded us of travel methods and estimated commute times.

I stayed for one night during the three-day holiday in September. Due to the limited number of trains from Katsuura, I contacted them to inform them that I would not be able to make it to check-in time, and they arranged for me to have the latest dinner available. The meal was served in a private room, and everything was delicious. I even ordered thinly sliced ​​grouper and enjoyed plenty of alcohol, making for a very relaxing experience. Breakfast was also served in the same private room. The room was spacious enough, and it even had an open-air bath, so I was able to relax in the evening, in the morning, and before check-out. The view was amazing, and I was reminded once again how great it is to have a room with an open-air bath. On the way back, they provided transportation to the nearest bus stop and to the location of their affiliated hotel (near the coast), which made sightseeing afterwards smooth and easy.

The hotel is located on a mountain. You'll need a hotel shuttle or to drive up the mountain yourself to get around, otherwise it's too tiring. The hot springs are excellent; every room has a natural hot spring. For meals, I recommend going down the mountain for more choices. The rooms offer great views.

The free-flowing hot spring water in your room is amazing. The view outside the window is also amazing. Meals are served in private rooms, which are quiet and there is a lot of food. There was so much I couldn't finish it all. I will definitely stay again.
