The management is completely offline now. It's not a hotel worth staying in. The style of Izu Kogen Kamenoi Hotel is similar to it. Whether it's the uniforms, etiquette, or catering level of the staff, it's a hundred times better than this one. I wanted to cancel it too late and it was really bad to stay.
