That is a beautiful&good place, suitable for family vacations. Many activities there. The staff are warm and attentive. The room and bathroom are clean, beautiful and spacious. The bed is soft and comfortable. Both meals were delicious.

The French set dinner was really delicious and buffet breakfast is good too. Very spacious room and happy with onsen facilities .

The building quality is very neat and clean. The dinner course and breakfast buffet are amazing. The staff are very polite and helpful. There are a lot of family activities you can do here. The hotel located a little bit far from the village, but that's make the hotel environment very quiet and dedicated. If you insist to go to the village, you can ask the staff for a shuttle bus service. There is no private bathroom in my booked room. Maybe the hotel offered you only hot spring bathing (Onsen). The wifi is not that good when there are many guest in the hotel. If you ok with hot spring bathing, do not have any business in the village and do not require internet connection while living, this is very good hotel to stay and enjoy the Shirakawa-go vibe.

I like this hotel very much. There is a snow field for playing in the snow, outdoor hot springs, snow hiking... The dinner is very exquisite and delicious😋 The hotel is in the mountains and forests. You can make an appointment for the hotel's special car to pick you up when you arrive. I will stay here again next time.

In Japanese-style rooms, you sleep on the floor. You can't take a shower in the bathroom. The hot spring is public. Southern little potatoes still mind this kind of arrangement. There are fewer activities in winter, but children still like it. The surrounding environment is good. The food is average. Maybe I don't like fish very much. Three dishes should not fill me up if I have a big appetite. I can barely fill myself up with a small stomach. Please note that although it is written on the menu that drinks are included in the set meal, please don't rush the waiter to serve the drinks first. My child was thirsty, so I asked them to serve the black tea first. In the end, the waiter said that the first order would be counted as the order, and I was charged 1500. After the meal, I was forced to serve the black tea in the set meal again. I was sweating profusely.

When checking in, there is a special car to pick you up. The room is clean and tidy. The public bathroom has an outdoor hot spring. Taking a bath can eliminate the fatigue of the day. It is very good. Because it is officially snow season, there is a very large place to play in the snow. The children had a lot of fun and said they didn't want to leave. The hotel's dinner is also very exquisite, and the experience is very good.

I made a temporary arrangement to go there a week before departure. Seeing that this accommodation experience was very different from ordinary hotels, I decided to take a gamble. I am really grateful for my choice! Take the Kono Bus and get off at Shirakawa-go (Ogimachi). Ask the staff at the tourist guide office to call the hotel and someone will drive to pick you up. It is very convenient and safe. The entire building space is high, the environment is comfortable and there are open window views. The scenery is very beautiful both indoors and outdoors. The service is good and there are few tourists. Bathing in the hot springs, walking in the nearby snow and playing in the snow feel like a private area. Most of the meals are locally produced and homemade, and the French dinner is very exquisite and delicious😋 Next time I want to come back in autumn and join a hiking group led by a local tour guide!

Dinner and breakfast were really great. The scrambled eggs were fantastic and the dinner course was reminiscent of fine dining. If I visit Shirakawago again, I will definitely come back here. The hot spring is small, but there is an open-air bath, so I was able to enjoy a hot spring while looking at the stars at night. The room was also large and comfortable, which was nice. I was very satisfied with the accommodation!!! The food was really delicious.

It's a rural place, don't have too many requirements, we have western breakfast and French dinner. The public bath does not provide towels, you need to bring them to the room, and the bath only provides shower gel and shampoo. If you have other personal toiletries, it is best to prepare them yourself.

The Wifi has been unable to connect, and after it was connected, it showed that the IP address was incorrect. The only problem was that we encountered some problems at the reception desk when we checked in that night and it took some time to resolve. The receptionist carefully instructed us to go to dinner first (it was almost evening 8 o'clock), and the dinner was quite delicious.

Breakfast is worse than a 3 star hotel Location is not good, but limousine service is the only advantage There are no towels for the main bath, so you must use the existing ones and pay for them if you need more. Main bathing equipment is also not free. I was very disappointed as the accommodation cost was 5 star and the service was 2 star.
