Came in February (stayed one night) and came back again in November this time to stay two nights. Still one of my, if not favourite hotels ever. Charming hotel with excellent view. Really really awesome hotel. They even somehow knew my birthday was near and celebrated it by offering us a glass of champagne and a nice picture printed out. If possible, try staying 2 nights at least to fully relax and experience all that the hotel has to offer. From the food to the views to even the afternoon craft beer… everything is so so good 🫨

Very relaxing stay, there's 2 super cute giant calm and friendly dogs. Overall is very good, food, staff, onsen. The room is facing sea and u will b able to see the sun rise directly from the room. Inside the room there's no bath room. You will have to bath at the onsen area.

Our vacation was absolutely perfect. The hotel wasn't crowded at all, and the food was excellent. The breakfast and dinner included were so extensive, we couldn't even finish it all. Plus, there were two adorable dogs!

From the welcome tea upon arrival, the views, hotel facilities, and service were all superb. Both dinner and breakfast featured locally sourced ingredients, which was a genuinely pleasant surprise.

I absolutely loved this hot spring hotel; it's the kind of place you'll never want to leave. Breakfast and dinner were served as a semi-buffet, with ingredients that truly showcased the hotel's unique character. The freshly squeezed juices, cherry tomatoes, sweet soup, and coffee regularly prepared in the lobby were all thoughtfully curated, and enjoying them from a seat with a view made the experience even better. The room was just as delightful, featuring a rocking chair and a lounge mat, perfect for watching the Pacific Ocean and sipping tea – absolutely blissful. The hotel's hot springs were beautiful, and the water quality was excellent. The outdoor baths also boasted stunning views, allowing you to watch the sea, stars, and seagulls, feeling truly at one with nature. There's also a foot bath and a 'happiness bell'. The hotel's two generations of resident dogs were also very beautiful and friendly.

The hotel's facilities and dining were outstanding. The cuisine was incredibly refined and beautifully showcased local Noboribetsu elements. Having a private hot spring bath right in the room was a fantastic experience; we hardly needed to step out. It's a wonderful place to truly unwind.

A perfect night's stay, this hotel is highly recommended to everyone.

This is a fantastic hotel where I truly felt at home. Watching the sunrise from my room in the morning, all my worries just melted away.

Friendly staff and nice hotel amenities, one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed.

We received a room upgrade, and the hotel was extremely comfortable. Despite my lack of Japanese and English, the staff remained incredibly patient and helpful. Highly recommended! The onsen facilities are fantastic. For a more complete experience, I'd suggest staying two consecutive nights. I'd definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Hokkaido.

The best hotel during the whole journey. The place is so quiet and peaceful. The onsen are so good with the best ocean view. They offer very nice service like the sunrise room call service, and was amazed by the speaker in the room. Best place to relax! 1 point needed to note is that all private onsen are required for additional charge, unless you book the package with the private onsen.
