Sea View Homestay (Gold Coast Luojia Temple Branch)

This is a B&B located in a residential area, with a sea view room. It's a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and a refrigerator, so the layout is pretty good. It's very close to Luojia Temple, just over 700 meters away on foot. You can also walk to the Treading Waves Guanyin and the Ocean World. From the 25th floor, you get a panoramic view of Luojia Temple, which is excellent, really great!

The room was really nice, and the owner even upgraded our room type. We could see the sea right from our room! It's a shame it was raining, otherwise we would have seen the sunrise. I'd definitely recommend going when the weather is clear; it would be even more beautiful. The owner was also very kind; we were in a rush and couldn't check out by 12 PM, but they let us extend for an hour. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit. It's also quite close to several attractions.

The entrance door has a large gap, creating a narrow gap that makes the wind howl constantly on windy days, making it difficult to sleep. The last two pictures I took the next day show me plugging the gap with foam. The room is clean and tidy, and parking is convenient; there are parking spaces at the food stalls near the complex. There's a view of Luojia Temple, and the terrace offers a place to listen to the waves. The refrigerator cools quickly, and there's a washing machine on the terrace.

The room facilities were decent, and you could indeed see Loka Temple.

The external environment is first-class, though slightly less so than the internal environment, but it still meets the standards of a typical apartment. The owner is very helpful and proactive, and check-in and check-out are easy and convenient. Most importantly, the sunrise view is great (if you're lucky). In short, it's worth staying at for those traveling by car.

房間地理位置是絕佳了，離黃金海岸景區很近，在房間能直接看到大海和洛迦寺，但是畢竟是價格實惠的民宿，衞生一般，比較簡陋，床上睡着有一股發黴的味道，坐在陽台也能聞到黴味兒，這點可能是離海近潮濕造成的，房東需要關注這個
