This hotel is very comfortable, well located, and offers great accessibility. The hotel is clean, and its room service is very good and friendly. Every day they place fruit in the room, and the laundry service is excellent.

I book 3 room. Only 1 room have extra services and food. Everyday theres fruit plates and soup and farwell buscuit. Strong biasiness.
Quite jealous on thus portion. But other then that all is great!!!

The hotel is great! Though there are times when you can still smell cigarette smoke from the vents, it is still very good overall. They also gave Chinese dessert for 2 nights, which we enjoyed and appreciated a lot. A shout out to the front desk 志强, who recommended some good eats around Shishi.

The hotel is very luxurious inside and outside and has one of the best breakfast around the city. It’s revolving restaurant is also a good dinner option.

I stayed at the hotel for work and this is the third time I've stayed with the team. I had some orders to receive and the hotel called me to let me know every time I received the order and it was a little exhausting because I was in important meetings and I don't speak Chinese. The gym and restaurant are good, there are very few employees who speak English, if you need anything I recommend staying with the translator to communicate.

No english speaking concierge in an exquisite hotel like this is a no go. Also the cleaning lady likes to clean the hotel guests toothbrush by her self additionally??? But why? Could not ask her she speaks only mandarin 😜
