Namami Ganges Beach Resort & Spa

It was my 3rd trip in Namami Gange in last 10 year.. I would like say my fav place in Rishikesh Shivpuri Amazing trip with my kitty friends.. food,service,ambience..amazing view separate Ganga ji beach ,Aarti Everything perfect..thanx Piyush ji for your support and cooperation

Great experience, big rooms and very clean. Have a great view and connectivity to the beach . Overall great experience !

Parking of 5 cars in hotel of 31 rooms , understaffed with untrained and "dhaba' cooks. We were a group of 9 couples and had a harrowing time . The generator doesnt work for hours , the rooms are just adequately furnished . Toiletries are ok ( carry your own) , water is dirty and muddy all the time. Food was like a hostel affair in the name of buffet. High tea is a rip off , Sandwich and local bakery biscuits ***** with tea and coffee from a thermos. Even in remote areas of ****** the service is better. We took a hall for our party , it had two AC and one was not working but no apology or even attempt to repair . The AC etc are of Videocon a company which shut down 5 years ago. There is grey moustache hair person sitting in the corner of lobby ( i assume his GM )but he just doesnt move or interact with guests , we wnet seebral times to complain bu thtis *** doesnt bother. There is a manager Piyush ( did not see him around very rude and un responsive. We kept messaging him for two days for upgrade he did not repsnd to messages depsite seeing them , one day i called on reception and he picked up and was very rude telling me talk to reservation *** not my job , this when hotel has only 3 front desk staff . The approach to rooms and dining hall ( it is away from lobby area) are not covered and one tends to get wet . Very poor service , the owners T series who have given it on rent to someone , both parties are not intrested in welfare of the guests or even basic care . Oh yes the steps to fist floor room are wood and rotting they were broken and pots was kept in middle of stair case to cover it

Overrated and not worth the money. Geyser was not working and inspite of request it was not repaired. Ganga ji view room is a simple bluff. One gets only a distant glimpse Ganga Ji. I paid Rs 14000 for a single night and the room was not having a working geyser. Bed linen was not clean. The only saving grace was the food. I stayed here for two nights and on both days dinner and breakfast were tasty. Mr. Bir Singh, the restaurant manager was the only person in the hotel who was polite and efficient. One day morning there was a power failure and the generator was not started for 45 minutes because there was no staff except for the guard. Avoid it, there are many better alternatives available.

All 10/10 services, good hospitality and homely staff behavior. Rooms were cleaned. Environment friendly, the place does coincides with the title "Heaven on earth". I'll say, one of the best resorts for family and friends. Enjoyed my stay, looking forward to visit again.

Wonderful Ambience. Great view of Ganges. Service staff warmth, Manager Mr. Piyush courteous hospitality etiquette really superb. Further the food was very tasty, & hygiene & cleanliness is top class in the property. I strongly recommend. Thanks Surya & Family .
