The location of the hotel is very good. It’s in Wanda’s apartment building, Building A. Downstairs, Wanda is very convenient for eating and drinking. The luxurious big bed was set up because it was not cleaned, and the front desk was directly upgraded to the suite.

酒店離高鐵站特別近，打車過來不到10分鐘，剛好回老家探親，因為帶着孩子，所以帶了很多東西，提前快到的時候聯繫前台，要求工作人員到路邊幫忙協助一下，前台的小姐姐們都很配合的提前到路邊等着幫我拿行李，特別感謝，很貼心，服務特別滿意！

十堰是一個山水車城，夜景還是挺不錯，跟朋友一起過來出差，預訂了一個標間，一進入房間第一感覺就是挺大的，環境還不錯，退房時前台的小姐姐們也都特別熱情，剛好有個東西掉在房間了，趕緊幫我拿下來，總體來説還是可以的，還是比較滿意的一次入住！

正好趕上小長假陪家人一起出來旅遊，所以預訂了一個標間，房間比我想象中的要大很多，聽客房的大姐們説毛巾都是新更換的，看着質量還不錯，床也很舒適，房間剛好正對國瑞府小區，採光很好，雖然臨近馬路，但房間玻璃比較隔音，晚上休息的時候把窗户關上基本沒有聲音，很滿意的一次預訂，下次有機會還會再來。

房間衞生很乾凈，正好出門比較急，忘記帶充電器了，酒店房間配的也有充電器，很方便，晚上跟朋友一起準備到萬達吃晚飯，但人生地不熟的，詢問了前台小姐姐們哪裡有好吃的，她們都很積極的為我介紹當地的特色，各抒己見，確實感受到了十堰人民的熱情好客，為她們如此熱情的服務點個贊！

房間整體還不錯，全景落地大窗，提供的有免費的礦泉水，還有新鮮擺放的綠籮，連洗護用品都是我喜歡的味道，站在樓上俯視外面，視野很開闊，看着窗外的風景，很賞心悦目，剛好放三天小長假，出來散散心，體驗感還不錯，值得推薦一下！
