A Truly Exceptional Stay: Service Beyond Compare My stay at this resort was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make every moment perfect. I have to give special mention to a few exceptional individuals who stood out. Paulo, the General Manager, was an outstanding leader who made every guest feel valued. His genuine kindness and attentiveness set the tone for the impeccable service throughout the resort. Jerdell Lake, the Experience Manager, went out of his way to help me find my lost phone, spending an entire hour assisting me until it was recovered. His patience and dedication were truly remarkable. Emanuele Sabatini, the Executive Chef, deserves immense praise for his extraordinary efforts in accommodating our challenging dietary restrictions. From breakfast to dinner, Emanuele personally ensured every meal was safe for us to enjoy, creating special dishes and checking in frequently to guarantee everything was perfect. Beyond these incredible individuals, the rest of the staff were equally accommodating and thoughtful, creating a seamless and luxurious experience from start to finish. The resort itself was stunning, with pristine rooms, beautiful beach views, and top-notch amenities. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this experience truly set a new standard for hospitality. It’s impossible to include every detail or mention every amazing staff member in one review, but suffice it to say this is a five-star resort in every sense of the word. My husband and I spent our 20th Anniversary in Anguilla and, after much research, booked our stay at Zemi Beach House. This was our first time in Anguilla, and Zemi Beach House did not disappoint. Prior to arrival, the guest services team promptly answered all my questions and eased my uncertainty of traveling to a new destination. Once we arrived, the customer service remained top-notch. I am a stickler for service, and honestly, I absolutely had not one complaint regarding service. From the front desk staff, housekeeping, guest services, wait staff, bell man,and spa staff. Everyone was personable, accommodating, and welcoming. It truly felt like you were speaking with old friends. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed the manager's cocktail hour. It added a personal touch to our stay. I highly suggest the Caribbean BBQ dinner on Thursday night. Another must is lunch at Gwen's caribbean hut. It's a short walk up the beach from. Don't forget to order a rum punch. The Zemi Thai House Spa is a must. Do not miss out on the services and the beauty of this authentic Thai House. We booked a couples massage for 90 minutes and did not want to leave. Will will be back to Zemi Beach House, ABSOLUTELY!!!

Zemi Beach House is a 10 out of 10! As a frequent traveler of high end properties in the Caribbean, our family experienced excellent food, friendly service, helpful staff and an unbelievable beach experience. Zemi Beach house was extremely clean and well maintained. Lush gardens and well kept bathrooms and guest rooms. This is a newer property on the island (built in 2016 I believe) and they work hard at keeping everything in tip top shape. Zemi is located on the other side of the island (about 25/30 min from ferry port and airport) on Shoal Bay- we had unobstructed views of soft sand and clear turquoise ocean waters on our comfortable beach chairs with umbrellas. Peaceful unimaginable raw beauty. Shoal Bay in Anguilla is one of a kind. Jet skis and other water sports are not permitted which created a perfect serene relaxing atmosphere. Our room was steps away from the peaceful beach. With only 76 suites we felt like we had the property all to ourselves. The nightly lobby music and drinks at bohio lounge was festive and enjoyable as was the beach dinner with a fantastic band and delicious Caribbean food. The Thai House Spa was the most unique spa experience of my life. Nestled in zen gardens, the treetop massage rooms give a feeling that you are transported to another place. The Hamaam was pristine with white marble and silver lanterns- the mud deck was restorative and relaxing- and the one hour massage was beyond relaxing. Thank you to all those who helped make our stay enjoyable, especially, Stacy at Run Room, Michael on the beach, uniqua, Josette and all the breakfast staff, Surya and Jean at the Spa and everyone who was there during our stay. We definitely will be back to Anguilla soon and look forward to many more years at Zemi Beach House. Thank you- this property is magical!

This was our second visit to Zemi and it exceeded all expectations and more. We were traveling with two toddlers, one with several severe food allergies, and the resort staff was so amazing. Nellar made sure to convey all of my food concerns to the entire F&B team and every time we walked into one of the restaurants it was clear the team knew who we were, knew the allergies and were prepared to keep our 1-year-old safe. Traveling internationally with special needs is extremely stressful, and they allowed us to really enjoy our trip without any extra worries. The concierge team overall was so helpful in making offsite reservations, booking rental cars and more. Raquel frequently looked for us on property to make sure things were going well. Tracy served us multiple times and was such a joy to interact with. Janique in the Kids Club was super engaging with our 3-year-old when we stopped by to check out the space. Akeil helped transport us around the property many times and always greeted us with the biggest smile. Sumi at the spa gave me the best massage I've every had - highly recommend the bamboo massage! I wish I could remember more names because every single person on the staff there was so kind, helpful and genuinely caring for every person in our group. The property itself is stunning and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. Housekeeping went above and beyond every day, and the nightly cookies at turndown were delicious. I love that the beach is less crowded than some of the other bays, but you can still walk along the sand to places like Gwen's if you're looking to be more immersed in the local culture. We can't wait to come back again - it is truly heaven on earth!!

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Beach was amazing, everything was clean and well maintained. Pictures don’t do the property justice, there is so much attention to detail, both in the structures and the landscaping. We were in a standard Ocean View and it was spacious. AC was quiet, worked great, and we loved the ceiling fan. Comfy beds. For food: I’m not much for buffets, but breakfast far exceeded expectations - the lady at the omelet bar was amazing, and the pastry was also a highlight We loved that we could walk the beach to several different spots for lunch. While on property, we had dinner at Stone, which was good, and followed with a rum flight at the Rhum Room. Even if you’re not a fan of rum (I’m more of whiskey person), Stacy is extremely knowledgeable and will help find something more suited to your taste. We also had lunch on property one day, and the poke bowl was good. The hotel staff were all very warm and helpful. The only criticism is that it felt like they could’ve used more staff at peak time as service could be a bit slow. But chances are that you came to the island to slow down anyways. Also, it is a considerable drive to a lot of the well known dinner spots, so I would recommend renting a car.

We were lucky to have been able to stay at the Zemi after our flights were cancelled due to flooding in Miami. We stayed 3 nights on Meads bay and had driven to and walked through the Zemi to see if we would want to stay there on a future visit. We thought it was a lovely area but usually choose locations with more independent options for drink and dining around them. But when we got a text from our airline and realized we could not get home for 2 days we immediately fell back to our go-too chain, Hilton to find options for the extension. We were lucky that the Zemi had a room available for us. We took a taxi to the Zemi and they welcomed us with rum punches and cool towels. (which we needed after the stressful day of cancelled flights). Our room wasn't ready so we ended up waiting at the pool, which was really pretty warm in travel clothes. But we found we could wait in the AC in the lower guest services area. Once the room was ready it was a very nice garden view room that overlooked the upper adult pool. It had a lovely covered balcony with a couple chairs and huge bathroom with shower and soaking tub. After a while we went out to get drinks and something to eat. We had noticed that there were no, well only 1 that we could find, restaurants within walking distance other than the restaurants in the resort. But that was fine for our two night stay. We did find the price of wine in the resort to be very high after having just been to St Martin where wine is generally much more reasonable. But everything on Anguilla seems pretty expensive. We went to the Bohio bar & Loung and tried their most reasonable wine and didn't like it, so went with a bottle that was pretty expensive. We also ordered a pizza that was really reasonably priced. The wine and pizza were both excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. The next day we got up early and went to the beach. We started on the right end, but there was a constant banging from construction next door. So we moved to the far left end of the beach and it was pretty well sheltered from the construction. The water is beautiful. It was kinda funny that some sea grass came in and washed up on shore just after we got on the beach. But the staff did well cleaning it up through the day. As Hilton Diamond members we had free access to the breakfast buffet at the hotel. It was very nicely set up with tasty options. Spent the rest of the day reading on the beach or lounging in the pool. It was very quiet and relaxing, which is probably my highest compliment for any resort. There was music by the pool which i could have done without, but it was not too loud. That evening they had a manager's reception in the Bohio that we attended. They provided drinks (wine for us) and appetizers. Both were very good. We asked and found the wine they provided was the "reasonably" priced wine we had not gotten the night before. So we got a bottle of it and it was very nice. Not sure why we had not l
