It's the second time we've stayed here. It's clean and comfortable with a good shower and quiet too plus the staff are really pleasant. It's in a very good location with onsite parking just outside the centre of Shrewsbury and near to the Park & Ride too.

We have stayed here a few times and although it is off a main roundabout you would never know it. The rooms are so spacious, we had a family room for 2 of us as we are older and one of us needs the king size bed and it was a dream to sleep in. Great Bath, lots of extra pillows and a fan in the room, kettle, tea and coffee and VERY FRIENDLY STAFF EVERY TIME. Will be staying there again in July. Well done Travelodge.

I honestly cannot think of a single fault. All the staff handled all situations very well, they are all incredibly lovely and helpful. Very well looked after space, always stocked up on supplies and just such a homey feel to it, felt very welcomed and looked after. Thank you to you all. Big thank you to Travelodge for allowing people to stay under these circumstances but also that the staff treated us like guests, not in the way which made us feel comfortable which had a tremendously positive impact on the three of us.

Fabulous stay. Clean, incredibly quiet and lovely helpful staff. Our son was getting married, and we had booked several rooms for a mix of 1 or 2 nights. We mixed up the rooms, and as the hotel was fully booked, I got several voice messages saying the room need to be vacated. I didn't get the messages as we were at the wedding. However, Emma worked out what had gone wrong, and sorted out the bookings. I was so grateful- we could have come back to a horrible shock if the room had been emptied! Dobbies was great, gave us a table for 19 for breakfast, and everyone had a good meal to start the day. Thank you Travelodge well definitely stay again. My only comment, and not really Travelodge's responsibility, is the precarious walk to Dobbies. The road markings are worn away and crossing places are lethal as drivers go far too fast and don't see pedestrians. Really needs some attention before someone is knocked down. I think Esso should assess this risk, because most cars are going for petrol. Thanks Emma and Team at Travelodge.

My wife and I spent one night here on family business. The room was clean and comfortable and staff responses were all friendly. Sat nav using postcode does not help, need to select Travelodge by name.
