The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful. Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.

The stay at this hotel was simply great! The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and the equipment was all available, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming, the guests were thoughtful and meticulous, and the response speed was very fast. The location of the hotel is even more impeccable, both to the attractions and the mall is extremely convenient. The price is so high that I don't hesitate to decide to choose here next time I come back!
