1:衞生極差 開水壺裡有一股黴味（而且跟前台説完之後第二個還是這樣）第三次來的時候給我拿了一盤水果 説是有消毒後留下的 “太扯了，消毒水的味道和黴味能一樣”
2:隔音也差 隔壁稍微大聲一點都很吵 就連有人 過走廊 吵架都聽得到
3:入住要付300元的按金（我還是第一次住酒店要按金） 説什麼全退 就退了234元 門後還有什麼損壞賠償 我進來的時候就有很多壞的東西 遙控器的後蓋是沒有的
大家一定要擦亮眼睛 不要去一些外表靚麗 內部骯臟的酒店 比如：（大聖假日酒店）真給大聖丟臉😡😡😡🤮🤮🤮

酒店環境很好性價比很高，房間實際比照片還好看，設施很新，衞生嘎嘎乾淨，細節考慮的很到位副樓有KTV房間配置了防噪音耳塞，不影響睡眠，滿意滿意！ꉂ（ˊᗜˋ*）

設施：整體不錯
衞生：房間有些許異味，反應後，服務員及時處理了
環境：主樓相對比較安靜，但晚上還是能聽到什麼機器運行的聲音。
服務：還可以（如果辦理入住時能更熱情一點，對於第一次入住的客人介紹下酒店及周邊商圈和旅遊景點之類的話會更好）

幫同事出差訂的酒店。反饋説酒店很大，環境不錯，早餐特別豐盛，住的很滿意！不過KTV確實有點吵，主樓南苑也能聽到，但影響不大！
