設施：超預期的，酒店帶電梯，前廳還有裝修，沒拍，甚至有股錦江的味道
周圍環境：找前台選帶落地窗的房間話白天拉開床簾能看到整個富屯溪，但是晚上由於河上和河邊沒燈，晚上的落地窗風景和黑板沒區別。
服務：很不錯，我需要落地窗的房間前台給我房卡親自讓我去選，非常滿意。
酒店旁邊富屯溪對岸還有鷹廈線的貨運車，晚上有火車的鳴笛聲，白天在室內應該能用相機拍到，雖然小聲但是挺頻繁的。
總結：這民宿超出我預期，不像一般民宿那種拿家改的，更像酒店，酒店該有的設施這民宿都有，裝修水平甚至超過了很大一部分經濟型連鎖酒店，比如速8這種。看來還是這種冷門旅遊地點能出現點寶藏。

我又來啦，依然住這裏，看外面的風景，屋內喝上一杯茶（茶葉自己帶的，茶具有提供）感覺這麼好，還這麼美，當然要住這裏啦，酒店位置方便，樓下就可以停車🅿️，住宿可以免費停車的哦，房間乾淨，大床和雙床都住過，都很好，而且服務也好，主要價格還不貴哈，下次來還是這裏[愉快]
很喜歡窗外的景，很開闊，碧綠的水面感覺舒服

大過年的，花256元卻住得像招待所，體驗感太差了！房間衞生情況一般，設施也不盡人意，就連花灑都和龍頭不配套。而且到了半夜，河對岸火車一輛接一輛地過，吵得人根本沒法好好休息。就這環境和設施，這個價格實在是性價比太低了。還好順昌的美食和年味安慰一下！
