The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The deposit is a bit high, but it’s expected from such a high quality hotel. Accepts foreigners.

在懷仁出差快一年，每次都住這裏，少説也有十幾次了。酒店硬件，配套，服務，備品，各方面都很好。一般懶得來評。默認它就是很好，不然也不會一直住這裏。但今天扣這一分，給前台那位男士。早晨發現備品沒有刮鬍刀，8:13打電話讓送一個，等到8:24還沒送上來。期間我去敲了布草間的門沒人。打第二個電話告訴他還沒送上來，特別橫的口氣“房掃在三樓”，我説“需要我自己去三樓拿?”，斬釘截鐵“不用!”，我問“那還得多久?我着急出門”，“等會兒”，“等多久?”，“十來分鐘”，“那麼久，前台有嗎?我自己去拿”，果斷兩個字“沒有!”。哇塞，這個態度，震驚到我了。搞得一時間分不清誰為誰服務，弄得我説話都窩囊起來了。請問酒店是新招了一位“大yé”嗎?
