"First and foremost, the cleanliness was excellent, and the staff provided consistently smiling service, always ready to assist with any questions. I brought my mother along, and when a minor issue arose, the manager was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to resolve it – a big thumbs up for that! We truly felt at home, and my mother couldn't stop praising her experience.
My only suggestion would be for the butler to proactively send guests a list of available activities shortly after check-in, enhancing the overall proactiveness of the service.
SLH's discerning taste is truly evident here; the quality is genuinely outstanding. The rooms are fully equipped with premium amenities like Dyson hairdryers, Le Labo toiletries, and Baishishan mineral water.
I'd especially like to commend their newly introduced pet-friendly policy. Limiting it to just two rooms is a very wise decision. This judiciously managed approach ensures both quality and internal order (as the behavior of pet owners can sometimes vary), while also ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Their pet-friendly approach extends beyond just allowing pets; they provide pet supplies upon check-in, there's a nearby camp where dogs can play, and every staff member greets our dog with a smile... My mother even commented that this hotel held its own impressively when compared to the top pet-friendly resorts we stayed at in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai last year. It's one of the few hotels in the province that we'd happily return to with our dog for a second visit.
As a dog owner, I'm thrilled to see Yingtu, a place I've had on my wishlist for a long time, open its doors to pets. While this presents a new challenge for management, I genuinely look forward to our next stay."
