Xinzheng Hotels with Shuttle Service

The hotel is very near to the airport. When we were driving out of the hotel, we found that the exit was unavailable. However, when we checked out, the front desk did not inform us in advance. We had to drive back to ask the front desk for an alternative route. If the front desk had informed us in advance, this unnecessary hassle could have been avoided.

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

I came to Zhengzhou for a transfer to Milan, and the hotel I booked was unexpectedly good. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene was impeccable. If you bring a computer, you will also have a good experience with broadband Internet access. The gym was converted from a hotel room. It is not large but makes people feel very relaxed. Running a few kilometers in the morning and then taking a shower in the room makes people feel refreshed. I especially want to mention the hotel's airport pick-up and drop-off service. The service is in place, and the reception staff (driver) is very enthusiastic. If I transfer in Zhengzhou next time, I will choose this hotel again.

I had a nice experience at the hotel. The Hotel is located very close to the airport. It also has a good environment and amenities. In addition, all staff I met were both professional and hospitable. Though  we had a slight challenge communicating due to language barrier, the staff was able to work around it to attend to all my needs.  I also enjoyed free shuttle services to pick up my family from the airport and subsequent drop off at the train station. I will not hesitate to choose the hotel when next I am in that vicinity. I recommend others to give it a try.

Very good experience. Bring a baby over 1 year old to check in. Helped to carry the luggage to the room. Also took the initiative to bring bed guards, tents and plush toys. It was inconvenient to bring a child to eat supper. Huihui at the front desk even specially delivered it to the room and brought extra tissues and wet wipes. When leaving the hotel, she also specially asked to bring snacks for the baby. It was really heartwarming. Star hotel is very reassuring in all aspects. I will choose to stay here again when I go to Xinzheng

The hotel is good and recommended. The lady at the 003 front desk has a very good attitude. She is serious, proactive and responsible in her work, and she is patient in answering questions. The hotel environment is also comfortable, so I can sleep and spend with peace of mind.

For the 2024 high school entrance examination, I did some comparisons in the surrounding area in advance (4 kilometers away from the test site). Only the Kenyon Hotel has better conditions in all aspects and the price is affordable. I booked his largest 60-square-meter family suite on Ctrip. I called the hotel one day in advance. The notice said that the air conditioner in the room was leaking, so they replaced it with a 40-square-meter one. After checking in at around 4pm on the 21st, they refunded the price difference and gave me a breakfast coupon. When I came back after going out at around 7pm, there was a power outage, and the transformer was broken. After a trip, at nine o'clock, the hotel said it was afraid of affecting the candidates, so the hotel actively coordinated the candidates to move to the nearby Xido Hotel (the decoration was too old and I was not used to it). It was almost ten o'clock and I asked to move back. The hotel apologized for the power outage and sent fruit and a letter of apology the next day. It also said that it would give everyone a 50% discount on the room rate for the power outage on the 21st. I personally felt it was unnecessary because it was a public emergency and the hotel actively coordinated and resolved it. The price is not high, there are many types of breakfast (candidates eat at 6.30 in advance), the environment, sanitation, and service are very good. There are computers and printers in the lobby for everyone to use for free. In addition to quality appearance, a good hotel must have a leadership team that pays attention to details for long-term operation and quality.
