設施：全智能，是尚客智能集團在閩西的唯一合作伙伴，能語音控制窗簾、投影、房燈等各樣設備，還有bidet，對長者家冬天如廁很友好。枕頭是極品的乳膠枕，雖然感覺高卻完全不膈脖子，晚上睡得很舒服。 服務：可以額外加兩顆星的評價（總分七顆星！）。服務人員反應很迅速，我問詢是否可能開啟投屏使用我的視頻會員，前台人員提供了很準確的訊息，而且竟然真的通知技術人員。當天技術人員就上門，在十分鐘內就達成了完美的解決方案。這是我入住其他酒店從來沒有享受到的服務，非常貼心。第二點就是精心準備的早餐。雖然一眼看去似乎品種衹有二三十種，但每道菜都很出色，不是那種湊數的預製菜，還有現場準備的粿條（是特別訂製的手工粿條），該有的營養都有，服務也很友善。第三就是他們的接送站服務，雖然好像離南站很近，但用過就知道對家庭出遊非常方便，七座別克商務車我們一家四個箱子，坐得很寬敞。 衞生：很乾凈，被單床單的清潔工作都很到位 環境：很新而且全部都能正常工作，這點可以完爆很多外表很新、內裏功能一塌糊塗的連鎖酒店 環境：離永安南站5分鐘車程，周邊就是新的商務中心，門口有綠洲嘉園公交站，去老中心很方便。唯一美中不足的就是公交站正在施工，公交車子相對少一些。打車就完全沒問題，酒店門口還能停車。
