"我們住了三晚，公寓設施完備，離地鐵站800米。但是入住遇到麻煩，嚴重影響了遊玩心情。因為我們坐船到雅典已是晚上8點，所以我們提前聯繫他們，打了幾次電話才要來郵件聯繫方式，他們告知要先網上付款，才告知入住方式，可是發來的付款連結點擊不了，我們與他們電話溝通，告知付不了，衹有到公寓後再付款，他們不同意。我們立即與攜程聯繫，並且錄了付款操作視頻給攜程，攜程再與公寓代理商聯繫，可他們不鬆口，一定要先付款。我們又找了在米島住宿的房東與他們商量，各方從早上七點半開始溝通到下午一點左右，終於發來入住通知，同意我們第二天到他們辦公室付款。第二天我們去樓上辦公室付款時，當他們麪又把付款操作過程演示一遍給他們看，是付款連結有問題。實際上我們訂公寓時，已用信用卡擔保了的，但是他們不懂變通。不接受到店付款，而且一過下午5點，不回郵件，不接電話。"
