Sound. There's very little to quibble about. A couple of the cardio machines need work.

Not too bad. Reception are kinds. But I need more pillow, the hotel need me to pay 50 Baht per one pillow. Nearby the zoo 20 km. Some hair fell in the bathroom.

My room is on the 4th floor. Everything is fair. There are a few car parks with the sunroof and sunny rockyard available for parking. A few restaurants are on that road nearby the hotel.There is nothing to explore in the neighbourhood. The elevator is narrow just 3 ppl is fits.

The hotel's greatest assets are its spacious rooms and convenience for guests traveling by car. That said, we felt the experience could be significantly enhanced with greater attention to cleanliness and general upkeep.

Good room

The room was spacious. Everything was fine until the power went off at 7am and took about 10-15 mins to be normal.

The hotel room was very good - I was especially impressed by how spacious it was, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathtub was also a great feature and made for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast was an absolute disaster. The taste was disappointing, and what bothered me the most was that the food was always cold. The hotel's location is a plus - it's not far from the ferry and the city center, making it convenient for short trips. Overall: The hotel is suitable for a few days, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable both for relaxing and for working. There is an elevator, which is a plus. The receptionist was quick, friendly, and very nice. There is a Lawson convenience store right across the street, and a coin laundry nearby. Cons: If you don’t hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping may enter the room as early as 9 a.m., which was unexpected. The room could use a slightly deeper cleaning, but it wasn’t a critical issue. To get to the sea and the Robinson Mall, you need to cross a busy highway or use a motorbike taxi. Overall, we liked the hotel and the room, just wish it was located closer to the sea 😄

I didn’t get what I paid for. A junior suite with a Mountain View. I was told that view is not available in the junior suite. I showed them trip . Com info on the room they only responded it was wrong and they would have their tech fix the description. They gave me a room on the second floor with two windows, very claustrophobic, and a view of an alley. So I had to downgrade my room to get a decent view of anything and I had to take a smaller room than I paid for. They said only junior suite rooms on the second floor. I said I have no choice but to get a different room. They offered no compensation for their mistake. I stayed there six days. I asked for some extra water one day and the front desk said sorry only two bottles per room per day. Breakfast was always cold everyday and the same thing every day. Instant coffee I had to make myself. You get what you pay for and this place you don’t get much at all.

Great location, good hygiene, good value for money. I would recommend to other friends

The location was good, it is located not that far away from Central Sriracha (only 2.1 Km away and took around 7 minutes by car). The staffs are friendly, but the room was not particularly clean. There were still some dust particles and hair on the dining table and chairs. There were some local (Thai) restaurants as well as 2 Japanese BBQ restaurants nearby. Or you could go to Aeon Sriracha (20 mins walk/ 5 mins drive) for some after six discounts for dinner.
