the room smells cigarette
even though I chose a non-smoking room, the room has ashtray.
I changed the room, but it was the same as well.

Japanese feel throughout the hotel. Front desk was helpful and efficient. Enjoyed the onsen and massage downstairs. Parking is available but very limited. No spare parking lot elsewhere except on the roadside.

Good Sauna- Onsen - playground
But the television can't open YouTube needs to call staff to use the normal channel
Morning - I know the staff need co-workers to check the room .. but too much noise
Breakfast 5.00-9.00 for business stay is better
Staff stand for 24-hour good service, but some staff do not check customers around. Just check the work on the monitor...
Look around and service mind more, please:)

I was very disappointed. flies in the room and smelly, the music noise from the neighbor bar was too loud and continue until 2:00 a.m. it is very hard to rest.

During my check up I have bad experiences. The counter lady does not explain why I need to wait for her to check the room before I can leave. She just said wait. I do not understand and I want to walk away and she raise her voice and tell me wait. I’m not happy with such service standard in a Japanese culture hotel where details explaination will be explained for what we are expected. Hope this can help you better service in future. Last step is most upset that I feel I don’t enjoy the hotel at all.
