Outstanding Breakfast: The buffet breakfast received consistent praise for its variety, freshness, and quality, including unique offerings like freshly sliced prosciutto and omelets made to order.

Amadria Sibenik Resort is simple amazing! This was my third time as hotel guest, and i have visited several times the aquapark and restaurants. Maybe a bit more expensive than other hotels in the area BUT you receieve so much more in return. Workers, space, cleaniness, relaxation, great food, drinks and coffee. Everything as it should be. Try it and you will want to return. Thank you for our amazing stay, looking forward to my next visit!

We had a great time staying at the Amadria Park Ivan, at the end of August. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Many thanks to your staff who were all courteous and helpful. During our stay the air-conditioning was working perfectly well. The resort is stunning and contains a number of restaurants, hotels, a camp site, and water park, etc. The sea is very clear and a lovely turquoise blue. Take care to wear appropriate swim shoes due to a number of sea anemones. In addition to the beach the hotel has a great, salt water, outside pool (plus indoor pool and spa). It was good that there was always available pool side sun loungers. Many thanks for the poolside freebies - water melon and sparkling wine. A fabulous holiday. We will be returning in the future.

Totally unprofessional. Let people wait for room for 2 hours at lobby with poor AC and without any welcome. Hotel / Scam. Customer service 0

Hotel room is 28 degress C. First hotel room we got was 28 degress. We complained. Next one was like 1 degree less. Its a company policy to save money on cooling. Do not book if you want a hotel with aircondition.

The service at this hotel is extremely poor and the same around the site, could be amazing but the service lets it’s down Breakfast, that’s the worst experience, everyday out of 8 days we had to clear and set a table for ourselves. Once we asked for help and was told that’s for my colleague, that’s not service even if you have your own zone. So basically cleared my table, got their cloth and spray, cleaned and set the table. They also don’t rush to clear or do anything so slow. Loads of tables needing clearing absolute shambles. The breakfast itself to eat was very good, but they can’t keep on top of replacing items, constantly no milk. The coffee machines are also always 5-10 minute queue, the small area can’t cope with the number of guests The rooms have nowhere to dry anything, they smell, have bleach stains on the carpets. Residents constantly open and leave open the fire exits, smoking and smoke gets in your room if you are next to it . The doors are not alarmed which I’ve never seen before and reception, although came up to check when complained but it happened the whole time. Pool is nice, service at the pool bar was so slow, even when there is only a couple of people. All the bars around the complex are so slow. There isn’t enough staff anywhere, and they just only seem to have a go slow attitude, very poor. You do get towels everyday, they stripe ones are quality but if you get a yellow one they are nasty When sitting to have a drink in the hotel all you hear is ‘we don’t have any of that left’ honestly the amount of times we would ask for a drink or food, they constantly don’t have stuff when the menu is limited anyway. Pool is nice, although most days looked atmosphere, always subbed an and don’t have sunbed wars which is nice. Rooms made and replacement towels daily which is nice. Other than having really nice chairs and seats in the reception not much luxury about this hotel, service is just so poor. It’s literally just the seating that makes it nice

We are staying in the Ivan hotel right now. Having paid £2500 to stay here for the 9 nights, I’m appalled at how overpriced everything is. They charge you to sit on a cabana within the hotel grounds. I kind of understand it on the beach, but as a hotel guest, I do not expect to have to pay to sit round the pool. Drinks and food are overpriced. Crazy golf on the resort is £30 for two people! Cocktails are at least £13 each!! The staff don’t give you any help with where to hire scooters or anything outside of the hotel. The hotel itself is situated a ten minute drive from the old town and there are a few local restaurants outside of the hotel that I would recommend. This hotel seems to want to charge charge charge. Not what I expect when I’ve paid so much to be here. Wouldn’t stay here again. Better off saving your money and getting an apartment somewhere. Beaches are lovely. You don’t even need a pool.

As a hotel general manager myself, I approached this stay with professional objectivity, but unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations. While the property has potential, the lack of proper leadership and attention to guest experience made our holiday frustrating instead of relaxing. We booked a sea-view room, expecting peace and quiet, but every night loud music played from the bar until midnight, with deep bass audible even from the bed. The bar was often empty, yet the volume remained high. Despite several complaints at reception, each staff member responded differently and no action was taken. Simple courtesy like lowering the music volume after 10 PM would’ve made a big difference. It’s clear that management or the GM rarely stays on-site – they appear disconnected from the actual guest experience. I highly recommend that they try spending a night in one of the rooms themselves. Our suite included restaurant reservations and pool cabana access, but these services were unreliable. Restaurant reservations failed on 3 out of 7 occasions (even when the restaurant wasn’t busy), and the cabanas had no signage or system – if you weren’t out early in the morning, others would simply take them, regardless of your room type. We witnessed a serious hygiene violation at the pool: a staff member wiped bird droppings off a sunbed with a towel and then rinsed that towel directly in the pool. From that moment, we avoided the pool entirely and used the beach instead. This was also reported to the assistant manager. On the third day, we escalated the ongoing issues to the assistant manager, who was polite but ineffective, repeatedly stating they had procedures and would “talk to the general manager” – but again, no follow-up or resolution came. The most unacceptable moment came during an on-site wedding. Earlier that day, the assistant manager assured us the music would be kept quieter that night. What he failed to mention was that a wedding would take place in the hotel garden – and of course, the music was even louder than usual. At 10:30 PM I went to reception to ask for a room change. The night receptionist, who was both rude and dismissive, told me I’d still hear it everywhere and “there’s only 1.5 hours left anyway.” Needless to say, we didn’t sleep that night either. The next morning, the assistant manager was conveniently off duty and unreachable. As a form of “compensation,” we were offered a complimentary drink at the bar, which turned out to be one of the most unprofessional drinks I’ve ever received in a hotel. Their “lemonade” was literally just water with lemon juice – no ice, no sugar syrup, no fruit slices, no garnish, not even a straw. It was so sour it was undrinkable – a perfect symbol of the service level we encountered. When I requested more substantial compensation, the front office staff couldn’t decide on anything without the general manager, who refused to speak with me directly, even when I specifically asked to

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and varied, and the entire hotel was spotless and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. One thing that affected our overall impression was the location of our room. We were placed in a room above the restaurant with a partial sea view, but the noise from the ventilation system was quite noticeable. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to fully relax and sleep in during the mornings. A few useful tips for future guests: • Sun loungers for hotel guests are charged €10 per day. • Parking is available at €20 per day. • A taxi ride to the city center costs around €15 one way. • A scoop of ice cream at the bar costs €3, and a Piña Colada cocktail is €13. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its service, cleanliness, food, and general atmosphere. Just keep in mind some of the practical details for a smoother stay.
