"Nice and very clean apartment. Had 2 rooms, one sleeping room and one living room with a bed sofa that made for a bed large enough for 2 teenagers. Kitchen is fairly small but has all that is needed. Has a parking basement for a fee or otherwise parking in the courtyard. The one drawback, and why it is not 5 star is the location some 15 minutes from the centre."

Best Western Silva Hotel

"May 17th John Powell called and confirmed a room for myself and he said he talked to the manager, booking for 5 days. He called again 10 minutes before I arrived to confirm and was told it was set. I was there for a funeral. When I got there, the lady at the desk was more than pleasant and actually should be the manager, told me she couldn't find me listed. I had John call to confirm we had the right place. I was standing right there. She called the manager and he said he would take care of it when he came in. He was not a nice person. John said he talked to the manager to book it. So it would have been him. He said he checked and there was no booking and the woman that answered the phone earlier was mistaken. I said ok, well we will wait til one was available then. He said NO, we are booked up. If he was a responsible manager he would have said let me find you another room in the area. But he just brushed me off. Rude I went to another hotel, hearing what Best Western did, gave me a room immediately and discounted."

"Great, good, sized room with a good hot shower, and the balcony was useful. Itnis well located..not in old town but withing walking distance. But location is near main road and train line. Staff was helpful and friendly"

"Everything felt nice and elegant creating a welcoming home-away-from-home vibe. Best of all, it was perfectly quiet, even at night, allowing for peaceful rest after busy days. Highly recommend!"

Blumenhaus Sibiu

"Right next to the old town and the main square. Pretty good for location. Clean hotel as well. Parking on the street for 10 lei a day, you have to find a spot on your own though."

Ben Apartments

"The location is decent, and the facilities are complete, including various cooking utensils, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The heating is strong enough that clothes dry overnight after washing. The TV has various sports channels, making watching games a great experience. Overall, it's excellent value for money."

"Facilities: Very complete, but the room space is a bit small. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Located in the city center, a ten-minute walk from the Old Town Square or the train station, very convenient. Service: Very friendly. Because I was going to Cluj the next day, and it was snowing that day, the front desk staff kindly helped me check bus schedules and book tickets for me."

"Very comfortable clean and quiet. Perfect location in old town. Car Park opposite. Really convenient location and huge room size. Coffee machine and tea and kettle and little hob. Lift to the floor or stairs close by. Could not fault. Owner sent code for doors. Felt secure and good air con. Large powerful shower, wet room."
