"We stayed here for 2 nights and it was very quiet. Fortunately there were not many people there and there was always a parking space but that may not be the case normally. The room was clean and spacious, however, the towels were very worn and our had a number of holes in them."

Casa Petra

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Casa Petra. It’s a spacious approx. 80 square metre flat on the first floor of an apartment building right in the centre of town next to the Brukenthal Museum, but also very quiet. It’s probably 19th century, so you get all the nice details of high ceilings, beautiful old doors, antique parquet flooring etc. Two very spacious bedrooms with very comfortable large beds. Good air conditioning. The kitchen and bathroom is reached through the larger bedroom, but this was no problem. There’s no reception - you let yourself in, but this worked well. Parking was straightforward - there are spots right next to the building for which you pay. The machines worked well and you could pay for a full day (the only down side is you have to be up to pay the machine from 8am). There are churches close to Casa Petra, but mercifully the bells don’t ring through the night. Highly recommended."

"We had a lovely stay in Sibiu at this historic building. We stayed 3 nights and used it as a base for day trips to Bran Castle, Braşov and Tarda. Super clean and comfortable. The black out curtains are a plus. Super close to city center yet very quiet. Breakfast hit the spot with eggs and deli meats. Sirena was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. She had run out of black tea and ran out to pick some up. I would definitely stay here again."
