"I had stay in this hotel with my wife. The hotel has great facilities, services,clean and comfortable room with best view of the Hawassa city and mountain. We had great experience in good location. All days our room was decored and full of fruit's. During our stay we invited to get steam, sauna and swimming pool services also it was great and nice, we never seen this kind of hospitality in Ethiopian before. We love the place and people. The review I was seen in trip advisor is relay didn't match the hotel standard."

"Room With Scary Cockroaches and Terrible Service!! We came as a family; 5 adult& 5 children. I expect not there best but at list a standard to the gust that are choose them: - The standard rooms and family rooms are terrible the light are not working to there full function - The shower room; door is broken or lost, the shower heads are not working and scales is accumulated and water is liking out from the bath room My Room was full of scary cockroaches and Mosqitos. The breakfast was so good but the dinner with little choice. Food from the menu was disaster what i order for dinner notkaming the sam price i tok With reception i am notgetanswer! Staffs are friendly but not professional! SO MY STAY IN THIS HOTEL three nights WAS SO TERRIBLE! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE!"
