Kerawud International Hotel
"I had an excellent 3D2N stay at Kera-Awud Int. Hotel. I loved the ideal location, hospitality, comfort and vibe of the hotel. Spacious rooms, water availability, and staff members who stand alert to answer your demands."
Haile Resort Hawassa
"The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. The lake view was beautiful, and the customer service was amazing. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel."
Central Hawassa Hotel
"I had a wonderful experience at Central Hawassa Hotel. The hospitality and level of service are truly exceptional. All the staff members are very kind, professional, and attentive to guests’ needs. In my opinion, this warm hospitality beautifully reflects Ethiopian culture. I highly recommend Central Hawassa Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It is definitely worth experiencing."
Rori Hotel
"Excellent stay in Hawassa! The Rori hotel is convenient, it’s clean, the restaurants are enjoyable with good food, the rooms are comfortable. Best of all - the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone going to beautiful Ethiopia!"
Kerawi International Hotel
Lewi Resort and Spa
"After booking, make sure to call and confirm your reservation and schedule your shuttle. Booking a room comes with free breakfast, a boat trip, swimming, gym, and spa. Pros - customer service -> from start (the shuttle driver) until we leave, they were great and treated us well. They were polite and kind. 5 🌟 - breakfast -> they have a lot of varieties. I love their omlete, pancake, and juices (they had 6 varieties). Their Firfir also tastes 👌. The only thing I didn't like was their cakes. - Quick maintenance -> when I call them to get something fixed or need something, they were fast to respond. Cons - No AC in our room -> there was no AC in our room, and the room was hot. But the fan they provided helped a little bit. - toilet -> it works but we had to call maintenance twice to fix it. - The replaced tea cups the 2nd day were dirty. -Suggestion -> Implement AC or put an overhead fan."
South Star International Hotel
"I had a bad experience at this hotel for 4 nights. The lights and air conditioning didn't work well, but they gave me a fan when I asked. The food was not good, and tea was served cold. There was an unexpected 150 ETB charge for room service on top of a 10% service fee. The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained, but the staff were friendly and helpful."
