"Just back from christakis. Lovelyhotel, spacious clean room, more modern than expected, I was pleasantly surprised. Pool lovely, although couldn't always get a lounger, people seem to put their towels on them then disappear. Snacks nice at the pool bar, staff lovely. Only a short walk to the beach and bars, great restaurants right outside the hotel. Only one negative was the complimentary 'shower room' as I had a late check out, it wasn't fit for purpose."

"Our experience at this hotel was tragic. We paid for a 4-star All-Inclusive stay and were faced with services and facilities that do not reflect 4 stars. ### 1. Cleanliness & Room * **Very mediocre cleanliness:** We literally took 3 steps on the floor wearing black socks, and they turned white from the dust and dirt. * **Shortages:** There was no soap in the bathroom, not even a trash can! ### 2. Non-functional Air Conditioning and Reception's Indifference * The air conditioner in our room was not working. We kept informing the reception constantly and received no clear answer. * Due to the unbearable heat, they changed our room late at night just for sleeping, promising that the issue would be resolved the next day. The "new" room had **dirty sheets**! * The following day, we informed them that we would be out for many hours so they would have time to fix it. Not only did they do absolutely nothing, but when we returned, they didn't even bother to inform us. We had to go to the reception ourselves and put our foot down to get things sorted. Complete indifference and amateurism. ### 3. Food & All Inclusive * The food was very mediocre to bad. They served chicken nuggets that were brown on the inside, and "turkey breast fillet" that looked (and tasted) like cheap luncheon meat (pariza). Generally, the effort to maximize profit at the expense of quality was obvious. For example, the label read "tortellini with cheese" and inside there was penne pasta with just a few scattered tortellini. * **The breaking point with the water:** During the tour, they explicitly told us that we could take bottled water from the bar to our room. When we went on our own, they refused, telling us to drink from the water dispenser! In other words, in a 4-star All-Inclusive hotel, they expected us to carry water to our room in a cup! ### Conclusion We had a very bad experience that ruined our vacation, and we were forced to leave, putting a huge amount of effort into getting a refund. We do not recommend it under any circumstances."

"The beds are horrific so uncomfortable had to double up mattresses and even then like sleeping on a floor,cleaners were very good but litter and rubbish all around the pool,seemed like they had their own private party at the weekend with no consideration for their guests..pool not overly clean either 1st time of staying wojldnt think of staying again "

"Stayed here for 7 nights Absolutely amazing location right on the strip and opposite the beach ⛱️ hardly any noise from close by bars 🍸 but even so who cares you're on holiday 😀 Rooms very basic however spotlessly clean , cleaned daily Fresh towels every day and paper cups for your drinks Pool area lovely and chilled lots of sunbeds lovely poolside bar Breakfast in the morning was ok 👍 food pretty cold but that was probably due to waiting so long for the toaster So definitely this restaurant needs a few more toasters Staff were lovely from all departments However TRACY the receptionist was absolutely 💯 amazing her customer service skills was just outstanding so professional 👏 👌 this lady should be promoted to management Would definitely come back to this hotel for the location and the excellent service 👌"

"What a wonderful stay here again. What can I say, very clean appartments pool bar area. Very comfy beds, good powerful shower. Maria and Yannis are lovely people who run a very nice place. These apartments are down a little lane from the beach road so nice and peaceful. Only about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main strip We have been several years now and hope to be back next year"
