one of the best experiences so far in terms of the warm and hospitality being offered at the resort.Food choices are supreb each time and cottages are very comfy and spacious. special mention to Aswathi at the reception desk, who stands out for her warmth and caring attitude for the guests.

We stayed for 3 nights, family of four. One of the best service and staff we have seen anywhere in India. Amazing location, food, ambience. Again, what stands out is staff, always smiling and ready to serve and make your stay pleasant. Want to thank Monoar ali Khan our room attendant great guy, Reni at front office, Punam, Anish, Fela at food area, and all others. Also want to thank our Makemytrip advisor Farhana for detailed planning. One small suggestion is to improve swimming pool but nonetheless overall experience is 5 star plus. Would love to visit again, Thanks

The property has a lot of activities to do. You can easily spend 2 days without the need to go out. The coffe tasting session , the sunset trek and the morning walk for birding were good . The room was spectular and clean with great views. The only thing that was a little off putting was there were other corporate groups that were present during our stay . They had loud dj nights very late at night. But the staff handled the large groups seperately and did a great jon.The in house resturants were not crouded during breakfast We also tried their resturant serving local cuisine, the dishes were prepared well.

It was a great experience. We enjoyed everything - the food, the ambience, the environment, the naturalist, the walks, the lovely views, the swimming pool and ofcourse our balcony. The entire staff was very polite and extremely helpful....always with a smile. Shruti was par excellence... thank you for making our stay so very comfortable...esp the personalised touch.

The overall stay was wonderful. Starting from checking in till check out all the process is extremely smooth. All the services are awesome specially the buggy service. The promptness of the service is really good. The ambience is also good and the quality of food is awesome. The cleanliness of the room and the washroom is really good. Many services were there like plantation visit spa and others which are also good. Overall it is a very nice experience and would recommend others to stay there.

Professionally equipped team with great smile on their face, very responsive, very productive, and the weather aura was really soothing and rejuvenating! The prompt team makes the journey more smooth and enjoyable! The wilderness, Safari and bird exploring was really exciting for the kids
