You pour coffee from the coffee maker and tea from the samovar yourself. Number. We didn’t like the first one where we were accommodated at all, so we asked to see others. A nice girl named Aika from the reception took us to another room without any problems, which even had an extra bed. And without additional payments, he offered money - she didn’t take it! The hotel is in dire need of renovation, basically everything is no longer new, rather old. The rooms are very dirty, as if they were never cleaned. We, having already read the reviews, were ready for this. Therefore, when we arrived, we immediately did the cleaning ourselves, so as not to worry about it for a week. The beach is part of the Selenium hotel beach area. It's a 10-minute walk, there's a bus that runs twice a day, but we've never taken it. The entry into the sea is smooth, the coast is fine sand, it is good to run barefoot without slippers. Sunbeds and towels free of charge. Usually the beach keeper occupies the first rows of sun loungers in the morning and rents them out to locals for money, but he can also agree to give in to us if there are no places. The pool is small but clean and deep. There is a children's pool. Every evening they clean with all sorts of means. The staff is very friendly, no rudeness. Even several times, together with hotel guests, we organized discos in the evenings, had fun and danced together. The location of the hotel is one of the significant pluses. Everything is nearby. Pharmacies, cafes, shops such as Migros, Bim, Waikiki and others are within a 5-10 minute walk. Lots of currency exchanges. The archaeological sites of the old city and the port of Side are nearby, there’s definitely something to see and take pictures of. Safe at the reception for a fee of $2 per day.. Internet in the rooms for a fee of $2 per day. Lobby free wifi. Let me summarize what was written above - if you are willing to endure inconvenience for little money, then you can probably go here. Sun, sea, beach, sand, excursions - everything will be there, and at the hotel you will only have a snack and an overnight stay. But if you have a choice, then it’s probably better to overpay for the ticket and choose hotels at a higher level.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel. Well, what can I say, at first we were placed in a very bad room on the 1st floor. But the next day, after talking with the administrator Aika, they quickly changed the room in building 2. The room was already more decent. This hotel is a real 3. Everything works, air conditioner, refrigerator, hot water. The food is far from luxurious. But no one went hungry. The owner of the hotel is very nice. He keeps an eye on everything. The area is small but there is a swimming pool. So if you don’t want to go to the beach, sit by the pool. If you are not coming to sit in your room or to sleep, then this is the place for you. It is quite possible to spend the night. But if you are used to 5 and 4, then it’s better not to come here. The staff is very nice, they change everything, they accommodate you in everything. All vacationers are like a small family. They communicate and celebrate birthdays. The atmosphere of this hotel is good

1. The room is sooooo dirty, from the floor to the windows. For two weeks the house was not cleaned once. The trash was taken out 3 times during the entire period. 2. For two weeks, neither bed linen nor towels were changed. 3. No one else provided liquid soap, shampoo and toilet paper at the end. 4. The food is poor: a lot of raw materials, little meat (to say the least), alcoholic drinks are of very low quality. The dishes are dirty and greasy. 5. There are suspicions that some money has disappeared from the wallet. 6. At first glance, the staff is smiling, but as soon as you turn away, dissatisfaction appears on their faces. 7. More than once I witnessed fights between hotel employees (in front of the guests they started fights with assault). P.S. I used to think that on vacation, the place to stay for the night is not the most important thing, as long as you don’t have to spend the night on the street. But, as it turns out, the hotel also plays a significant role in the overall holiday experience. There was an unpleasant aftertaste in my soul. I’m paying money today and I want the room to be poor, but CLEAN!!! and feel safe!

In short: go to this hotel only if it is cheaper than a flight and book other accommodation! In detail: 1) disgusting rooms! The first one we checked into was tiny, two beds, space for two suitcases and the ability to squeeze in sideways to get through. Air conditioning, half broken, blowing directly onto the bed. Without it in the heat of +40, as you understand, it is impossible. A balcony the size of a suitcase and a bathroom of the same size. The next room, received the next day, was a little larger, with a better location of the air conditioner. The mattresses are old and sagging. The pillow is lumpy 2) unsanitary! Old, never washed plumbing. We cleaned the entire bathroom with Domestos! We only wore slippers in the room, because there was no desire to buy a bucket and wash the room, like some vacationers. If you got a conditionally clean room, then it was washed by the previous vacationers 3) absolute disregard for requests! For example, change the pillow or fix the balcony handle, which was already broken at the time of check-in. For 8 days they still didn’t fix it 4) food! Breakfast: there were boiled eggs, but not always. 2 types of salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, but essentially one! Cheese, 2 types of olives, 2 types of not very edible sausage. There wasn't even any dressing to make it look like a Greek salad. Lunch: the same salads, no eggs, cheese or sausage. No soup, NOT ONE meat or fish dish. For hot pasta, the cheapest. Or bulgur, more reminiscent of pearl barley. To this splendor, for example, stewed beans. Is it worth mentioning that the cook served this deliciousness, 2 spoons at a time. Dinner: the same as for lunch, plus fried hot peppers, possibly eggplant, sometimes potatoes. If you're lucky, half a fried tiny fish or chicken stew (don't forget 2 spoons). Is it worth mentioning that there was only watermelon and only 5) alcohol at dinner! I had the temerity to take white wine. I thought it would be the cheapest, but no. This is an alcohol-containing liquid of a bright yellow color. The red one also did not have a natural color. There was no beer - it cannot be faked 6) water in the cooler! On the 3rd day it began to smell like bleach. The next day I saw how they pour it from the tap! 7) on the penultimate day the cook began to scold me for feeding the cats their precious sausage! It was in Turkish, but the meaning is absolutely clear when they start poking you in the direction of the store and shouting market, market. I never thought I would see such a wild situation. I admit, I tried to remain calm with all my might. I note that I have been to many places and in hotels of different price categories, but I have not observed everything described above anywhere, even individually, let alone in the aggregate. It can be poor, but clean. The food may be modest (although not once in 3 years have I had a meal without meat and fruit), but not miserable as here. I hope to never see such a concentration of negative aspects again. In addition, I note that we did not buy this hotel, it was luck. And now there are big questions for the tour operator. For example, why is there only this hotel in Side by Fortune 3? What kind of fortune is this?! And why was there a move to another hotel?

The hotel is inexpensive with the concept of “vegetarian food”, the food is delicious and the chef is a professional, no one will go hungry. The hotel has a very convenient location, the staff is polite and helpful. I don’t remember tourists who bought a tour on a budget and demanded 5 stars for a hotel! Not everyone needs a plate of meat and beer all day; alcohol with dinner is perfectly acceptable. Update the interior a little and it will be super good!

All about the Nergos hotel in Side (Türkiye). September 2021 After reading previous reviews, I will not describe the same. I agree with everything. But .... Considering my budget and the desire to swim in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, I agreed to this hotel. Everyone who rests there has a small capital and buys a tour to the cheapest of the hotels located in such a place and 15 minutes from the sandy beach, and even with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Wifi only in the lobby. If you want the sea, a sandy beach, sunbeds and umbrellas, a normal hotel room and cheap, then you are here. You need to understand that no one will change the order in the kitchen, cleaning and washing dishes will not improve. Only minimal food and drink will be provided. How can you get out of the situation: there is a wonderful confectionery, a cafe nearby, 50 meters from the hotel. There you can enjoy delicious pastries and Turkish food. Buy fruits in a store near the hotel or at the market. Or, for $10, hotels can offer you a full meal with drinks and desserts. Do not drink water from the cooler at the hotel, buy bottles of drinking water in the store! Even if you buy everything you need, you get a vacation much cheaper than buying a tour to another good hotel. This is how I got out of the situation and got a wonderful vacation at a low price. For reference: The hotel has only 40 rooms and 5 staff. So draw your own conclusions.....

Приветствую путешествующих! Никогда не писала отрицательных отзывов, получалось находить и сосредотачиваться на положительных впечатлениях. НО! тут прям другой случай, все кто отдыхал со мной с 11 по 19 ноября мечтали поскорее написать отзыв и он не положителен. Так нельзя, позиционировать себя как все включено, а по факту все исключено. Выбирая троку я не имела иллюзий, не ожидала разнообразия, но я не ожидала и полного отсутствия еды, когда тупо на завтрак, который всегда был один и тот же, не хватало варенных яиц людям, хлеба, таких благ как масло - отсутствовало в любом виде. Грязь,коты на столах и тарелках, презрение, равнодушие полное, не знаю и не понимаю тех, кто писал положительные отзывы. Подозреваю их писала сама Айка, русскоговорящая админ отеля.НЕ тратьте свои деньги зря, прям очень советую
